All staff very friendly and helpful a credit to the hotel from check in to reception and breakfast staff all fantastic. Room nice and comfy bed. Had early morning breakfast able to grab cereal and toast and a coffee. Would definitely come back and stay again.”

“From the first phone call with Andrew who catered for my requests upon this visist. I Stayed here whilst on a driving course.... The staff were lovely. Special shout out for Lindsey at Breakfast who was very warm and welcoming every morning, even at 630!. Also the young lady on the leisure centre desk who remembered me and my room number even after one visit. Too employees who just go that extra bit to make guests feel welcome. Food was lovely with a great atmosphere. Well done Village Hull....”

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant for their special Valentine’s set menu, and it was a truly delightful experience. Each course was delicious. We had calamari and prawns to start, gnocchi with seabass for me and for my wife the lobster ravioli. My son loves the fudge cake and ice cream. The staffs were attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.”

She was so professional and delicate with our baby girl all the way through- spending every second making sure our baby was happy, calm, comfy and safe. He asked me a few more details and was sure they would be able to sort me out. He was right, when I arrived I asked for him, he remembered my name and what I was coming to look at. I got just what I was after. All the staff were friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable. Well worth the 40 mins drive each way and definitely not my last visit to the shop!”

“Stayed here in may with my partner and 3 year old son and we loved it! The weather made it even better as it was lovely all week! Unfortunately my son wasn’t feeling well, however we managed to do so much whilst there! The only thing we felt let it down was the food as we felt it was basic, however next time we’ll opt for self catering. A lovely first proper family holiday”

“Came here today for tea. Although very busy we managed to get seated at a booth so plenty of room. Ordered food and drinks using the Greene King app and all items were available which was good as often things are unavailable. Shortly after ordering our drinks arrived and the member of staff told us there was an hour wait for food which wasn't an issue for us. After approx half an hour our food arrived and all was delicious. Staff friendly and helpful, would recommend to others. As a bonus both of our meals were £9 each today instead of £12.99 so great value.”
