“Stayed here for one night 1st September for the first time. Great location for us just a minutes walk from train station too. All staff very friendly and helpful a credit to the hotel from check in to reception and breakfast staff all fantastic. Room nice and comfy bed. Had early morning breakfast able to grab cereal and toast and a coffee. Would definitely come back and stay again.”

“Could not fault the staff. The day before we stayed we had a phone call to ask if it was a special occasion, it was my daughters birthday, they put treats in my daughters room and gave her a card. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. This is the best Premier Inn we have stayed in and that is down to the staff.”

Special shout out for Lindsey at Breakfast who was very warm and welcoming every morning, even at 630!. Also the young lady on the leisure centre desk who remembered me and my room number even after one visit. Too employees who just go that extra bit to make guests feel welcome. Food was lovely with a great atmosphere. Well done Village Hull....”

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant for their special Valentine’s set menu, and it was a truly delightful experience. Each course was delicious. We had calamari and prawns to start, gnocchi with seabass for me and for my wife the lobster ravioli. My son loves the fudge cake and ice cream. The staffs were attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.”

“I wanted to buy my first small amp for my first electric uke and after looking at their comprehensive website I had a question, so sent a chat message and immediately got a very friendly voice calling me belonging to a man named Shaun. He asked me a few more details and was sure they would be able to sort me out. He was right, when I arrived I asked for him, he remembered my name and what I was coming to look at. I got just what I was after. All the staff were friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable. Well worth the 40 mins drive each way and definitely not my last visit to the shop!”

“Had my newborn shoot today with Adele, honestly the best day from start to finish, myself and my partner were so relaxed and comfortable from the minute we walked in. She was so professional and delicate with our baby girl all the way through- spending every second making sure our baby was happy, calm, comfy and safe. She even got us cake for my birthday an extra touch which was so lovely of her! Could not of gone with a better person to capture those special moments of or daughter! “Upon entering the steady school wear shop on saville street, we were openly greeted by Lois. What had started as a stressful morning finding my children’s school uniforms, Lois’ calm nature and welcoming smile was immediately reassuring. Lois was immensely helpful with everything that myself and my two children needed. Her knowledge of the school uniforms and systems was impeccable! What a delight it was to have Lois help us, and we left with everything that we needed, plus a lovely and friendly experience. Lois is an asset to steady school wear!”

The care she received from all the staff was exceptional and they made her feel like this was her home, and they were just visiting her.
