“After being left hanging at Longton Argos who clearly just didn't want to help, we drove to Stoke Sainsburys Argos. A man named Chris spoke to us, gave us advice on how to get an online purchase, then attempted to order our item for us in store. He arranged for the item to be delivered to my house saving me the hassle of trying to do online stuff. Very grateful to him, I believe he went above and beyond! He certainly didnt reflect his Grumpy Elf tshirt! Longton staff, shame on you.”

“Incredible service. I broke down and managed to get my car into the car park at this hotel. Dylan was working the night shift on reception and was so helpful. He was very helpful in getting me any help needed and when I eventually needed to book a room he got this sorted for me very quickly and even accommodated really well for my dog. Then when checking out in the morning, the lady on reception was also incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating, especially for my dog once again. I just wanted to say thank you so much for being so kind and helpful when I was in a tight spot. The best experience I could have from the loveliest staff.”

The lady at the till had to go speak to the manager (Anna) with my case and the pair went extra mile and was very pleased with the service I received. Built between about 1504 to 1610, it has a fascinating history including being requisitioned in 1643 by Parliamentarians during the English Civil War which plunged the Moreton family owners in to crippling debt. Beautiful house and gardens with a good cafe and shop. Well worth a visit.”

“When entering the store we were welcomed with such a smile & friendly atmosphere. We were shown upstairs and met by Chloe. She was so lovely with us and our daughter who was at first quite nervous to try on her new uniform but she soon put her at ease. We spent a while trying on lots of the uniform and in the end my daughter didn’t want to leave :) All the staff were so lovely & we will absolutely be coming back to the store! “My Grandson has attended Early Days since he was six months old . Early Days is a very important part of his routine. All of the staff have helped tremendously with every aspect of his development. He is a very caring, smiley, fun loving little boy and I believe that Early Days has played a massive part in him being as such. The building, both inside and outside is a very clean, well managed, bright, cheerful and nurturing environment. The children are encouraged to try new foods and the food has always been nutritious or has my grandson states , "yummy". We are given daily reports of what he has eaten, what he has drank, his nap times and what activities he has participated in, aswell as regular photos on the Early Days Facebook page showing how much fun all the children are having. The staff encourage the children to explore the world and their surroundings in a fun, safe and enthusiastic manor. All of the staff have a genuine bond with the children. Throughout my grandson's time at Early Days, through the baby room, the toddler room and now the preschool room, he has bonded with every member of staff that has ever cared for him. At the moment he has a very strong bond to Pam Haynes, whom he refers to has " my Pammy". Pam and all the staff are a credit to the nursery and I would highly recommend Early Days Nursery to anyone.”

They politely declined so I thought I’d just leave a public appraisal of the two young ladies who gave great service today. Katie and Sam I believe their names were. Well done.”

“Taken our 2 year old twice for the Halloween event which he absolutely loved and couldn’t of been more value for money with what you get to see/do on the day even on both occasions there was different animals and different characters to see , also the amount of effort that goes into making the kids days and going above and beyond is unbelievable. “We took our baby girl for her first birthday and stayed two nights in an In the Night Garden room. It was the best time of her little life and there for me, too! The hotel is perfect for little ones, so baby friendly with so much thought gone in to the design. Including travel cot, baby bath, bottle warmer and nappy bin in the room. The lobby itself was interactive and magical and my little girl was blown away to bump into her two faves - Upsy Daisy and Iggle Piggle doing a meet and greet in the hotel. Parking was easy, plenty of it and right in front of the hotel which is great when you’ve got a car full of baby supplies. Breakfast is very good and they do veggie sausages on request. Evening food was lovely one night but not so good the second. Tiny tots menu was very good. Drinks and food were expensive, but that wasn’t really a surprise as this is the case with most resorts like this. I’ve been singing the hotels praises to any parent who will listen and we will definitely come back when our daughter is older and the Bluey ride is open. Only negatives (or just something to mention) is that the signage in the area (Alton towers area) generally is pretty poor and sometimes misleading/confusing, but it’s easy to find a member of staff to ask for directions when needed. Special shout out to Sam on reception who answered all my questions before we arrived and was super helpful. Thanks for calming my first time mum nerves!”

“It’s an open-air shopping center, and especially for outdoor shopping, there are many stores for gifts. They also have really nice cafes. You can do your shopping, stroll outdoors, and relax at the cafe all at once. They even have the Trentham Gardens, which is incredibly large and beautiful, but I think the entrance fee per person is quite expensive. My husband and I visited once just to explore, and we really liked it. However, I don’t think we’ll go again, especially considering the high cost per person. But we still enjoy shopping there and taking a break at the cafes.”
