Lovely service, the gentleman that served us was very patient and very helpful. We were seen earlier than our appointment time, our children were able to try items on in store and they felt comfortable enough to do so. Thank you very much with all of your help.
Lovely welcome went upstairs and chloe helped us to get the correct uniform she was so good the quickest I've ever got a uniform the staff are superb and so nice thank you so much for making a stressful shopping trip so easy and quick highly recommended and qill be back soon thank you so much
When entering the store we were welcomed with such a smile & friendly atmosphere. We were shown upstairs and met by Chloe. She was so lovely with us and our daughter who was at first quite nervous to try on her new uniform but she soon put her at ease. We spent a while trying on lots of the uniform and in the end my daughter didn’t want to leave :) All the staff were so lovely & we will absolutely be coming back to the store! Ordered some school uniform for my daughter, recieved a message to say some of my order was ready only a few days after placing the online order, I collected it the day after, I was told the rest of my order will hopefully be in soon but it may be a couple of weeks, I appreciated this information because it made me feel good that the were acknowledging I had some order left to collect. (I already knew this from the information given to me online when ordering), I then collected the remainder of my order only a few days later. Both times staff have been friendly, approachable, informative and helpful. I'll definitely be doing my school shopping here from now on. Great service overall
Always a very stressful experience. Why can’t I just walk in, pick what I want, pay and leave? Usually takes at least an hour for what should take 10 mins. Seems to be run by students on their summer break. Very disorganised and over priced. Will try and avoid next year.
Not a fan of this business after various bad experiences and wasted trips over the years. The staff in the Tunstall shop are 100% friendlier and the environment much calmer though, I have just discovered. Avoiding N-U-L shop from now on, plus the parking situation round there is abysmal.
Either I am the most unlucky customer they have or the experience they offer is just consistently abysmal. Missing orders, items sent to the wrong store every time I have had the misfortune to have to order items from them. 3 times in total each time something is wrong. And when it is their customer service is about as much fun as a trying to book an appointment with the doctor! No calls back, calling to chase it's just the worst. I would say go elsewhere but you can't as it's the only company that sells the branded school uniform I need!
