“Very pleasant visits both times, staff were knowledgeable; sonographer was very thorough and took some great pictures. On our first visit it wasn’t possible to get some good quality photos due to baby position so they invited us back for free 2 weeks later and this time it was great. Overall would recommend”

“Hobby craft has a range of products for various crafts including painting, model making, cake decor, sewing and knitting. Good range of children's crafts with low cost projects to keep kids entertained over the holidays. They regularly have discounted items that are good for stocking fillers and birthday gifts as well as a range of storage options. Sewing machines and cricut machines are sold here and prices start from a few pound to a few hundred on a range of products. Staff are knowledgeable and the website allows click on collect on orders. A small range of quilting fabric but lots of fat quarters and offers on these for quilters. Loyalty scheme also available and online shopping.”

“Upon arrival, I was greeted by a lovely lady who performed the ultrasound. She was very knowledgeable, professional, understanding and I did not feel rushed at any point. I would highly recommend this service”

“My son has been attending this nursery since 9months old and is now soon to be 3! Staff in each room have been fantastic and get to know and take time out for parents as well. Like any new parent we obviously had concerns of many 'issues' with our little one not doing this or that, but with advice and help from the staff, any concerns we had always went away and at no point has it ever felt like the staff don't want to answer or help. My little one is very fussy with food but the chef always makes sure he never comes home hungry! My son has learnt so much already and the time and effort that this nursery has put into my son's well-being and welfare is priceless, his key worker at the moment is his 'best friend' which shows me that staff always engage with him. We are so so glad we found this nursery (saw 12 others!) from the moment we saw the rooms and staff and the way kids were around the staff, we knew it would be the right one. We haven't looked back since!”

“A small hotel in a quiet country location. Great customer service from Chris who made me feel welcomed and at ease when I arrived. Room was perfect for my needs and it was lovely that one of the cleaners called Pauline offered me room service in the morning as I wasn't expecting it. A very nice place to stay if you're in need of some peace and quiet.”

“The room is clean and comfortable. The outstanding part about this hotel is the staff and service. Their passion to be in the hospitality profession can be felt. They want us to feel welcomed and valued. Kate and the front office values our return to the hotel. We appreciate the effort and welcome gifts. Lenka at the executive lounge made every morning a good start. Didn’t get to know the name of the incredibly tall gentleman who came to refresh our room in the evening and to fix the lobby light. He made sure everything was in order. The leadership at this hotel is making all the right ticks.”

“Good location to keep your active all in 1 place has a big hall for sports like Badminton pickle ball basketball ball they also has good selection of group excercise which keeps me motivated and ofcourse swim which this location is known for great for family swim and lane swim.”

“I've stayed here three times now. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is handy to visit many nearby places. It's clean and everything you'd expect from a Premier Inn. The breakfasts at the adjoining venue are superb.”

“Stayed here for one night . Great value, easy check in, clean room , everything you need for a short stay. Plenty of parking . The best part was the breakfast , staff are so happy, cheerful and friendly ! Service with a smile , even a little Christmas sing song , food was perfect ! I love a breakfast made to order, poached eggs at their finest . Made to feel very welcome . Big shout out to Julie and Emma, they were brilliant , their jovial demeanour made a lovely start to my day .well done to both of them, thank you for looking after us !”

“Amazing place; my kid loved it. The venue has arcades and various other games for children. An impressive fact about this place is that it features a go-kart track and a mini football pitch in the play area. Overall, the place is fantastic.”

“Fantastic nursery bright clean and welcoming to all. Nothing is a problem very helpful and accommodating staff. Small carpark so able to drop children off safely food alway smells wonderful as all freshly cooked. Thank you”

“Kids love it. It’s a nice place especially for winter when there is not much outdoors and as everyone said- lots of options so kids like to stay for really long hours here. Sometimes it can be very cold indoors but i dress kids appropriately so it is not a big issue.”

“My children have been coming here for years for their swimming lessons, can't fault the swim teachers and how much my children have progressed. Not fond of the female changing rooms, lack of showers and sometimes the changing rooms smell of urine.”

“Not long started swimming here, I’m not one for swimming but needed it as part of my recovery, started the woman’s only sessions, which was not a great experience and was to quit, but then got talking to Kerry who works there, she was very understanding, listened and convinced me to continue swimming the sessions as things get easier etc and I’m glad I did approach her as she is the main reason I’m still swimming here, I see the staff to get a lot of hassle from the woman in pool complaining about any little thing, they get very rude, but the staff always keep there cool, we should appreciate the staff more.”

“Hotel room was spacious and had all the necessary facilities available such as in room iron and full-size ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities, TV, WiFi in room and public areas. Food was of a very good standard with the included breakfast as I had dinner elsewhere. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only issue is the location is a long way from the city centre meaning taxi service is expensive to use and buses are at least 15 min walk which with luggage could be an issue.”

“came here to collect a lawnmower, as the one we wanted was not available at our local sainsbury’s argos. it was quite busy, however a colleague called jay was going through the queue for all the click & collect customers, and helped us to pick up our lawnmower quickly without having to wait. thank you jay!”

“Bought a quilt for my son but he did not like, so I returned and requested a refund which took 5 weeks to go into my account. Was not the company fault, purely banking, however I'm giving a great review as the customer service team were fantastic and did all they could with lots of patience. A great team to deal with.”

“Cannot praise the staff enough, I get that had we arrived a few hours later or earlier, may have been a different story, however, what we experienced what nothing short of incredible. Our 6 year old came with severe headaches, poor lad didn't get a chance to play with the Lego he was brought because the staff were completely on it, there wasn't a 2 minute break between someone coming in to do some tests, observations etc, we had to wait for results but, this is A&E in the NHS.. we'd always say more staff, more room, more hospitals even, but today they managed, at least with us, a treatment we're proud of. Thank you NHS.”
