Stayed here for one night . Great value, easy check in, clean room , everything you need for a short stay. Plenty of parking . The best part was the breakfast , staff are so happy, cheerful and friendly ! Service with a smile , even a little Christmas sing song , food was perfect ! I love a breakfast made to order, poached eggs at their finest . Made to feel very welcome . Big shout out to Julie and Emma, they were brilliant , their jovial demeanour made a lovely start to my day .well done to both of them, thank you for looking after us !

Stayed at the Premier Inn in Leicester Forest East on the run up to Christmas time and was welcomed for breakfast by Julie and Emma. They were both extremely attentive and filled the restaurant with lots of festive sparkle and smiles. Clearly two fantastic members of the Prenier Inn team who brightened our morning and gave us the best start to our day. Thank you Julie and Emma. The food was lovely and the service exceptional. The room was spacious and clean and with a very comfy bed. The location was great for our works Christmas party.

Stayed here for one night as at a Christmas Party at Winstanley House up the road . The hotel is basic but clean and tidy. However, the biggest asset to this place is the staff! What a cheery bunch , especially at breakfast. Service with a smile and friendliness , food was terrific, made to order, no lukewarm buffet here - cooked to order is the best!! A big big shout out to Julie, she ran that dining room like clockwork, everybody was well looked after. She's a star! Happy Christmas all !

Great service here. We were helped with breakfast by a lovely lady named Julie. Bought our son a Xmas pack out for entertainment and couldn't do enough for us. Rooms were really comfortable and location is good too, 5 mins from motorway. Very pleased and well worth the money.

I recently stayed at the Premier Inn and had a brilliant experience from start to finish. The rooms were very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing night’s stay. A special shoutout to Julie, who went above and beyond to make our visit so enjoyable. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and couldn’t do enough to help us. The hotel itself was quiet, well-maintained, and in a convenient location. Breakfast was fresh and well-stocked, and check-in/check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Would highly recommend staying here — we’ll definitely be back. Thank you to Julie and the rest of the staff for such a warm welcome!

We got told we could fit 3 adults into a room as the single bed was for a child and child size, we found out this was untrue and could easily fit a third adult in the single bed. Totally disappointed with this as we had to book another room for the third person. Also the breakfast was extremely dissapointed, serve was diabolical, we waited absolutely ages to get served and hardly any food left when there was an hr to go before they closed.

Standard prem Inn. When I stayed only half the menu was being served because of shortages. The food they did have was decent. Great location for Leicester centre.

It is a convenient place to stay for visiting our family. It was comfortable as usual . The room was rather warm and the heating control didn't work so we slept under a thick duvet with a room heated to 23 degrees! I wish there could be thinner pillows as an option!

This review isn't a dissatisfaction of the hotel, it's a premiere, you know the room is gonna be fine. No aircon but fine other than that. This review is for the ball ache of a restaurant shamefully hanging like a testicular cyst from the otherwise decent hotel itself Don't order a steak unless you like eating shoe leather Don't ask for chips unless you don't mind getting mash Don't ask for no blue cheese sauce unless you want a plateful of it If you want scampi, know its about £13 and you get 6 pieces, small pieces, maybe 3/4" across Don't go here. Just order a kebab far better for the money
