“This was such a fun date night activity! We did the escape room Area 51 and it was challenging and entertaining, kept us on our toes and the hour flew by! Would definitely recommend this for couples or group of friends who love a game or are puzzle minded!! Will be coming back to do more rooms in the new year. The staff were really friendly too, and special thanks to the lovely Amy who was game master during our visit!”

“Visited the botanical gardens in spring and had a lovely experience. While there weren’t a huge number of flowers in bloom just yet, the gardens were beautifully laid out and thoughtfully maintained. The blossom trees and bluebells added a nice seasonal touch, and the pond with koi fish was a peaceful highlight. A tranquil spot to enjoy nature, even in the earlier part of the season.”

“I took my son and his friend for my son's Birthday. They had a great time although the other people on the track during the same time were awful which meant lots of disruption (yellow/red flags etc). That was frustrating for the better drivers, but I appreciate everyone has to start somewhere, and the Marshall's did what they could to minimise the impact - including holding a second briefing between races! Otherwise, great fun!”

Good range of children's crafts with low cost projects to keep kids entertained over the holidays. They regularly have discounted items that are good for stocking fillers and birthday gifts as well as a range of storage options. Sewing machines and cricut machines are sold here and prices start from a few pound to a few hundred on a range of products. Staff are knowledgeable and the website allows click on collect on orders. A small range of quilting fabric but lots of fat quarters and offers on these for quilters. Loyalty scheme also available and online shopping.”

Room was perfect for my needs and it was lovely that one of the cleaners called Pauline offered me room service in the morning as I wasn't expecting it. Ordered food and drinks, my favourite chicken quesadilla, sautéed king prawns and sweet potato fries, warm chocolate brownie with ice cream for dessert. 2 lovely guys served us. “Loved our stay at this hotel. I was in room 705 which was impeccably clean and well presented. The breakfast service was amazing. Such a huge choice from pancakes, fruit, bread, cakes, cereal to a full English. We were served by Francisco who was simply amazing. He looked after our table of 7 with such care, especially my elderly mum. I dont have much to say apart from it was wonderful! Thank you all!”

They want us to feel welcomed and valued. Kate and the front office values our return to the hotel. We appreciate the effort and welcome gifts. Lenka at the executive lounge made every morning a good start. Didn’t get to know the name of the incredibly tall gentleman who came to refresh our room in the evening and to fix the lobby light. He made sure everything was in order. The leadership at this hotel is making all the right ticks.”

“Good location to keep your active all in 1 place has a big hall for sports like Badminton pickle ball basketball ball they also has good selection of group excercise which keeps me motivated and ofcourse swim which this location is known for great for family swim and lane swim.”

Jamie in the kitchen was great with the kids but gotta give a massive shout out to musa who was our party host and wooow his dedication to making jaxons day go without a problem was outstanding.
