We had our Christmas party here yesterday. Buffet styled 3 course meal and we could not fault it! Food was absolutely lovely and great choice! Waiting staff, chefs, bar staff and the management team were very attentive and really friendly! We didnt stay over so cant rate the overnight stays but for a christmas party, id 100% recommend it! Also the disco was great!

I stayed at the hotel last month with friends for my birthday. It was a wonderful stay and we were looked after very well. Great central location for Leicester, easy parking and walking distance to Highcross Shopping Centre. Breakfast although was busy, we were looked after very well whilst tables became free, cleaned and reset they was a small wait which you would expect. Breakfast was a great choice of variety. We had a few nibbles in the bar on the Saturday night before we went out and again, menu was plentiful with a good selection of food. Would happily return for sure, and certainly would recommend to others.

I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for the wonderful service provided by Archie during my stay at the Holiday Inn Leicester. From my very first day he was incredibly welcoming and made me feel completely at ease, especially since it was my first time in the area. His attentiveness and genuine care truly stood out. He made sure I was well looked after, and I sincerely appreciated the comfort and kindness he showed throughout. And of course, his hot chocolate is the best I’ve ever had. It was the perfect touch that made my experience even more special. Thank you once again for the exceptional hospitality. Made my stay memorable.

Here overnight with a couple of friends. Welcome/check in good Room comfortable & clean. Comfy beds Public areas clean Help at breakfast from Jackie & Francisco excellent, esp Jackie helping to ensure one of our party had gluten free options Only issue was that re the GF we should have been offered a form to complete re allergies, prior to arrival. We didn’t receive this despite me even emailing at the point of booking we had a GF member

Loved our stay at this hotel. I was in room 705 which was impeccably clean and well presented. The breakfast service was amazing. Such a huge choice from pancakes, fruit, bread, cakes, cereal to a full English. We were served by Francisco who was simply amazing. He looked after our table of 7 with such care, especially my elderly mum. I dont have much to say apart from it was wonderful! Thank you all!

One of the better Holidays Inn's I've stayed at. Service was great here and room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was average but again the service was great and when I made specific food requests they produced it rapidly. Only let down to this hotel is they don't have their own parking and the car park adjacent was over £20 for a single night!

It's all about location, which is great, it's walking distance to/from all the main places to go. The hotel itself is ok, rooms clean, friendly staff, average breakfast. we spent two nights here, one on a bed that was as hard as the road outside and the other virtually on the road outside when a fire alarm evacuated the whole hotel around 01:30. Would recommend.

Nice room, with 2 double beds. There was a draft coming through the windows beading though so we requested extra quilts. Reception were happy to leave them in our room, but we had to put the duvet covers on ourselves. Not a massive deal, but considering the draft was coming through a shut window I did think that was poor customer care. Everything else was fine, the receptionists were very pleasant. Breakfast was lovely too. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

This hotel was a real disappointment. We cut our 3 nights to 2 as the beds were awful and there was a lot of traffic noise despite us being situated on the 8th floor; difficult to have a good nights sleep. The parking is a absolute rip off for £17.95 per night and they no longer offer multiple exits like advertised so expect to pay extra during the day. The staff didn’t even notice that we cut our stay short which goes to show they don’t value guests. The bathroom did not have fans for ventilation. I would not stay in this hotel again.

Stayed here overnight with my wife and 2 children after visiting the National Space Centre. Check in was easy and the chocolate bars for my children were a nice touch. All staff were welcoming and friendly. The family room was clean and spacious. We had an evening meal in the restaurant and breakfast the next morning, both were very enjoyable. My son has food allergies and the care given to prepare his food was very reassuring. Will definitely recommend this hotel.
