“I had my ear wax removed today as 1 ear was totally blocked! I didn’t realise how much it affected me and how I felt. I was booked in by a very friendly girl, very easy to talk to. Very professional service. Went in to a lovely upstairs room and had photos of in my ears shown to me. As I thought 1 totally blocked. They used a suction machine. Checked everything with me first, details etc. Very painless and quick but not rushed service. Came out feeling much much better after having a big plug of wax removed. Would recommend to anyone having the same trouble.”

“Very courteous, and polite. My dad knocked his arm on the door handle, and it wouldn't stop bleeding. We knew A and E was a waste of time, so I took him to Asha Pharmacy, where the pharmacist had a look at the wound, gave advice and told us to go back to have the wound checked, and the pharmacist also asked my Dad, if he'd had his flu jab, which he hadn't. Took my dad back to the pharmacist and he gave him his flu jab and also changed the dressing on the wound, and gave us more dressings, couldn't thank him enough, without him I would have been panicking. Excellent service and very amiable.”

“Absolutely fantastic service from the minute you walk through the door. Reception staff amazing and the vets are as well. Couldn’t do more to help. My dog has been diagnosed with diabetes. The vet explained everything really well. When collecting the meds etc. reception staff even sorted our insurance. I know they can’t do it for every insurance company. But they could for the company we go through and nothing was too much trouble.”

“Been using Reflection Pharmacy as my go-to for a few years now and EVERY single person who works here as extremely helpful even the staff that don't normal work at the Birstall branch. One of which was Aisha, I visit because I'd seen my doctor twice in one week for an ongoing issue which had worsened over the weekend. I was seen by Aisha who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me out! She was very thorough and picked up on a few things the Doctors had missed. I was given a few things to ease my discomfort for the time being and was also given something to help clear up what the Doctors had missed. If it wasn't for the team and Aisha I would of ended up at the walk-in centre, back to the doctor or even the hospital if my symptoms worsened over the weekend. The team and Ashia are a credit to patient care.”

“Recently had to visit here as they hasld all I needed for a complex prescription. Fantastic service here and exceptionally friendly. Highly recommended. Even had some snacks for people waiting. Has other items like perfume and so on also. Situated quite close to the train station which is about 5 minutes walk. Also near a great many other businesses and restaurants. Some parking nearby and so van be accessed well.”
