“Went to use the field I had hired for my dog and my son’s dog. The field is huge and has picnic tables. While other fields I’ve been to have water I couldn’t see any so take a bottle for your dog. They do have plenty of bowls. The pet store is great and the customer assistants are very knowledgeable and take their time to explain things to you. I also have a tortoise and large snail. Well worth going to. Can be expensive but they have lots of items that you wouldn’t find elsewhere.”

“My very elderly cat (20 years) had a health check today with Vet Pablo Rodriguez. Pablo was fantastic! He listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and asked lots of relevant questions about Connie. He was so helpful and gave me all the information and costs before I agreed to anything. He was kind and gentle with my cat and made much of her. The very BEST experience I’ve EVER had at Park Vets, although I have to admit that there have been many other very positive visits for us, but this time surpassed all others! “Absolutely fantastic service from the minute you walk through the door. Reception staff amazing and the vets are as well. Couldn’t do more to help. My dog has been diagnosed with diabetes. The vet explained everything really well. When collecting the meds etc. reception staff even sorted our insurance. I know they can’t do it for every insurance company. But they could for the company we go through and nothing was too much trouble.”

“I came in today to collect my beloved cat, vienna's ashes. Last Sunday I sadly had to rush him to out of hours surgery. My poor old cat,of many years,had fallen very ill. Monica was amazing! She was extremely caring and understanding. She thoroughly checked vienna and agreed that it was time to let him go to cat heaven. Ive been a complete mess since, I miss him so much,he was my little mate and he followed me around all day. Having his ashes back with me today gives me some comfort that he's back home with me where he belongs. Thank you so much monica for being so wonderful and caring. It means alot.xxx”

“Very pleased with the new prescription collection service, especially for repeat prescriptions. Definitely a step forward and a huge improvement in Customer Service. I always thought the old method of visiting the Pharmacy to request a prescription to be made up and then having to hang around or call in to collect at another time was very inefficient and seemed to lead to congestion near the counter. I can’t fault the service I receive from all employees. They are always warm and friendly and seem very conscientious.”

“Always a lovely experience at Medivet Oadby. The vets are always very nice and don't push any expensive treatments. The receptionists and the vets always treat our dogs with lots of affection and definitely care about their customers. Highly recommend this practice.”

“This practice is the absolute best, they not only looked after my cat they took care of me! My cat had been spade but wouldn't keep on the cone on her head and she ended up opening up her wound, they took her back in and put clips in and put a baby grow type cover over her so she couldn't reach the wound, during this time I became very stressed about it all and they calmed me and reasurred me which really helped, I would recommend this veterinarian practice to anyone looking for a vet! They are kind caring and supportive to their tiny customers and big ones too.”
