   Not really good as freezers are half empty,,, not a good variety of raw meat for dogs plus nothing to help cats out in raw food,,,, loads of freeze space but always half empty,,,, could do with more variety, sort out freezers to put in cat raw food ,,, plus staff very unhelpful when I asked about a cat product, do you sell this , I got no , but could be more helpful to say I can order it for you ,,,, so I had to travel far to another Pets Raw who was more than helpful to help ,,,,, staff is never on the shop floor and not very helpful

   I can not express how disappointed I am with the service that was given today! I ordered online this morning when the new stock came in because my dogs are awkward and will only eat certain flavours, to find that most of my order was given out during the day, as they had not bothered to check my order after it had already been processed through and payment had been taken. No apology was even offered for THEIR mistake and instead I was just told that I'd had to make do with what was left. This is beyond unreal, what is the point of being able to order online if they don't even consider your order, as you are told exactly how much product they have in stock before you even order so you know whether or not its available. If you order online it should be put to one side for you as you obviously want what you pay for.

   I ordered 2 bags of dog food over a month ago. Got told would be a 48 hr dispatch. 2 weeks later still no delivery and order still pending. Asked for a refund as had to buy elsewhere. Said it had been refunded. Lies. Said they haven't received any emails. Lies. Still no refund . Absolutely disgusting. Would not recommend to anyone.
