Pepper was wary of other dogs at the start, however Kelly took a chance on her and started waking her in the local area and Pepper has absolutely thrived. Jess and Ellis are an amazing couple, with jess' wealth of knowledge under her belt regarding canine nutrition and Ellis' drive to provide the latest and greatest products to our pooches, Teddys is the place to shop. They stock a great vast range of brands as well as their own (which is amazing). from completes to DIY, supplements, natural treats and more, you will find everything you need. Unsure of what your pooch needs specifically? Jess is at hand to help with all queries and put your mind at ease. They also sell raw food for felines too! I started my raw journey a year ago with Teddys and I haven't looked back. All 4 pooches are on raw and thriving better than ever thanks to the team at Teddys and their constant input. Constant great deals on, as well as the customers loyalty apparently just added bonuses, even without the perks I'd still be shopping here lol, but who doesn't like a little perk? Always makes a purchase that bit more enjoyable. Can't wait for the opening of the new shop premises too! Awesome place. Awesome people. Get down there for the good stuff.”

“Stacey is absolutely fantastic when it comes to grooming my dog—she’s patient, caring, and full of love! My dog actually looks forward to grooming appointments because of her. We recently tried out the dog pool at Knots n Tangles and had an amazing time! The water was clean, there were plenty of toys, and the whole area was well-maintained. Stacey was incredible as always! She even got into the pool to help my nervous pup feel more comfortable. We’ll definitely be back, especially in the summer!”

Pumba was completely paraplegic and despite a 20% chance from our vets that he would walk again, with time, professional expertise and advice and true care for our Pumbaa, Shahad has helped him throughout the year and he is now able to walk again. We continue to visit Shahad weekly and will do so for the foreseeable. We can not recommend WitsEnd enough. True care and dedication for the dogs. Thank you so much. “Good place recommend going for your dog or other animal. Animals are welcome inside the shop, has a animal grooming centre up on the second floor (also has a lift). Definatly recommend. Sell fish, rabbits, rats, e.t.c. Sells a variety of different products.”

“Have nothing but respect for this place I've been coming here since I was little when it was Boot Aquatics I'm 43 now wouldn't go anywhere else, the staff are great and very knowledgeable. I bought alot of stuff from them recently and any hiccups that occurred I went in and spoke to them directly and was met with nothing but kindness yes I had to buy some extra bits but it helped and sorted the problem. My new tank is thriving and never looked better 10/10 for service 10/10 for knowledge alm the fish are well kept and always have the stock when needed.”

“Went to use the field I had hired for my dog and my son’s dog. The field is huge and has picnic tables. While other fields I’ve been to have water I couldn’t see any so take a bottle for your dog. They do have plenty of bowls. The pet store is great and the customer assistants are very knowledgeable and take their time to explain things to you. I also have a tortoise and large snail. Well worth going to. Can be expensive but they have lots of items that you wouldn’t find elsewhere.”

I bought a really beautiful Yellow Tang and a Regal Tang as well as some equipment and live food. “Absolutely fantastic service from the minute you walk through the door. Reception staff amazing and the vets are as well. Couldn’t do more to help. My dog has been diagnosed with diabetes. The vet explained everything really well. When collecting the meds etc. reception staff even sorted our insurance. I know they can’t do it for every insurance company. But they could for the company we go through and nothing was too much trouble.”

“I have been taking my working cocker spaniel for grooming for 3 years now yo Melton branch and every time we have received an excellent service. I have used groom rooms at Bretton (Peterborough) and Letchworth (Hertfordshire) branches and they actually transferred my pup’s grooming requirements to each of the branches. Pretty impressive for a national company. Only downside for Melton branch is limited treats available. Alot of lines they do not get new stock. Not sure why. Has been case for a while. Staff are always lovely and helpful”

“Only went to buy a cheap dog bed. Ended up buying one double the price, but a 100 times the quality! Great advice from the the sales person my dog Belle really love's her new bed. This level of care for customer i.e. my pet, made me trust the store enough to wash Belle my GSD. The lady whom washed Belle advised me on what to do and the results speak for themselves Belle after bath, brush and de-shed, in her new bed!”
