Stacey is absolutely fantastic when it comes to grooming my dog—she’s patient, caring, and full of love! My dog actually looks forward to grooming appointments because of her. We recently tried out the dog pool at Knots n Tangles and had an amazing time! The water was clean, there were plenty of toys, and the whole area was well-maintained. Stacey was incredible as always! She even got into the pool to help my nervous pup feel more comfortable. We’ll definitely be back, especially in the summer!
My dog was hurt by one of the trainee groomers who shaved the skin on the leg bone, the skin was peeled and dried blood could be seen. My dog was whining and shaking in pain that night, kept giving me his paw. The groomer nor the trainer admitted to injuring my dog upon collecton nor paying, no apology or sympathy for my dog being in pain despite my vet confirming the injury on a report. I would not recommend this groomers.
Stacey and Rich helped make mine and my Wife's wedding day as special as it was by bringing our most important guest . . . our Dog! Stacey and Rich met us in advance to meet our dog and run through the process and answer any queries. They were also great at answering queries over the phone really promptly. You can tell how important dogs are to them by how they took the time to make us feel comfortable with them and also giving our dog the time to get to feel happy with them too. Prior to the Ceremony they gave the dog a wash and a groom to have her looking sharp and brought her along. During the time they were with us they sat with our dog in the shade and kept her hydrated and happy on a hot and busy day, which could have easily been a bit overwhelming for a dog. As we were going on honeymoon straight after Stacey and Rich then dropped our dog off at the boarders after the ceremony. We'd highly recommend the dog chaperoning service offered by Knots'n'tangles!
This was the first time we’ve used a professional groomer and it was a brilliant experience. Stacey was very responsive and made the booking process easy. She was very kind with our dog, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. We’d highly recommend her to anyone looking to get their dog groomed.
Very happy with both my dogs grooming. My cockapoo is a lively 1 year not always an easy task and my elderly border terrier is quite nervous. Both had a lovely settledtime with Stacy and she was so welcoming and adores animals you can tell she would look after them.. they haircuts were perfect.
When your dog walks in for the first time, and really wags her tail, you get a warm feeling. When you collect your dog and she is still wagging her tail - and she looks really beautiful, you know you've fond a winner. Stacey is a real dog person, and she really knows her trade. Our Poodle, for the first time, looks like a Poodle, and she seems to walk even more proudly. Our little Maltipoo is too young for a proper groom, but again, Stacey knows what to do, and gave her a little back and and front end trim to help her be more comfortable - and just a few, very careful snips has also made her look so much better. Stacey has invested in a lot of equipment, which looks at least as good as anywhere else we've visited. Because she has trained in multiple dog breeds, she has the knowledge and ability to make a dog look and feel good, and her personality ensures the dog is happy, but knows who is the boss. So pleased we found her.
