He listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and asked lots of relevant questions about Connie. He was so helpful and gave me all the information and costs before I agreed to anything. He was kind and gentle with my cat and made much of her. The very BEST experience I’ve EVER had at Park Vets, although I have to admit that there have been many other very positive visits for us, but this time surpassed all others! “I came in today to collect my beloved cat, vienna's ashes. Last Sunday I sadly had to rush him to out of hours surgery. My poor old cat,of many years,had fallen very ill. Monica was amazing! She was extremely caring and understanding. She thoroughly checked vienna and agreed that it was time to let him go to cat heaven. Ive been a complete mess since, I miss him so much,he was my little mate and he followed me around all day. Having his ashes back with me today gives me some comfort that he's back home with me where he belongs. Thank you so much monica for being so wonderful and caring. It means alot.xxx”

“This practice is the absolute best, they not only looked after my cat they took care of me! My cat had been spade but wouldn't keep on the cone on her head and she ended up opening up her wound, they took her back in and put clips in and put a baby grow type cover over her so she couldn't reach the wound, during this time I became very stressed about it all and they calmed me and reasurred me which really helped, I would recommend this veterinarian practice to anyone looking for a vet! They are kind caring and supportive to their tiny customers and big ones too.”
