We called our vets in the car on the way to them who then said take her to the vet hospital in farnham which we did ... absolutely 1st class treatment and amazing lovely staff. Couldn't fault it. We weren’t too sure what was causing it but it turns out she needed IV fluid, 9 mile is the best place we could’ve taken her to because two years later she’s got more energy than ever before. She’s now 16, due to be 17 in May I could see her going for a few more years. I don’t know what they did to her at that place but they’ve given her a whole new life.”

We recently had to put our cat to sleep and the service received by the vet team was superb, caring yet professional. Our dog looses her usual bouncy confidence once in the door but at each vet visit gets given so many treats and cuddles from the vet so she doesn't mind going. Highly recommend!”

Even with major renovations they still had smiles, were there to help & run absolutely flawlessly to the customer & effectively.... which is far more than i can say for Boots pharmacies.....who are rude, ignorant, self righteous & never have prescriptions ready, even if left with them for days/weeks. “when I used the patch the first week it was like a miracle had happened no back pain at all as I have spondylitis and disc problems which are very painful the second week the pain started returning but has settled down again I put a patch on every 24 hours and I do have some relief thank you so much Maureen”
