“Brilliant staff and amazing & caring Vets. Our adopted kitten had eye infection on both of his eyes and lost sight on both early days from birth. We try to course of medication for around 3 months or so, but it wasn't much a progress and kitten was in stress, always agressive. With consultation Asia it was time to remove both eyes to stop infection, runny eyes and the very very bad smell. She has done an amazing job, our kitten is now grown just over a year old and much happier and he didn't have any complication whatsoever. Massive thank you and big hugs from us to Asia and Vets Klinic Team”

Emily could see how nervous he was and found the two areas that were causing him pain and gave us the medicine he requires and discussed a plan moving forward so his pain could be managed on a day to day basis. “Been coming to Elm Cottage with all our animals (cat, dog and bunnies) for several years and always had a great professional service. We recently had to put our cat to sleep and the service received by the vet team was superb, caring yet professional. Our dog looses her usual bouncy confidence once in the door but at each vet visit gets given so many treats and cuddles from the vet so she doesn't mind going. Highly recommend!”

“I had never used this practice until one of my cats was hit by a car and he needed to be seen before my regular vet was open in the morning. The staff were really lovely, kept him comfortable and arranged his referral to a specialist vet for surgery. 100% recommend this practice and my huge thanks to all who looked after Cuddles. “My puppy of 5 months got hit by a car on the main A325 farnborough rd. We called our vets in the car on the way to them who then said take her to the vet hospital in farnham which we did ... absolutely 1st class treatment and amazing lovely staff. Couldn't fault it. We met a lovely vet who went through everything with us and was extremely informative and caring. This place is amazing and such a support in a worrying and dramatic time. The best I've been to. The staff treated and handled him very gently, and got back to me quickly when I called up for advice regarding his medication. I for one won't go anywhere else, there is nowhere this efficient. Staff are friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgeable. If i could give this pharmacy more stars than i would. Even with major renovations they still had smiles, were there to help & run absolutely flawlessly to the customer & effectively.... which is far more than i can say for Boots pharmacies.....who are rude, ignorant, self righteous & never have prescriptions ready, even if left with them for days/weeks. Please use this pharmacy & avoid others, i honestly can't rate the overall effectiveness & amazing team they have there. You should all feel so proud, the manager/big bosses too. Thank you”

“My cat has spent a few holidays here now and it's always been amazing. The staff are so friendly and really do care for your animals. The cats have their own heated beds, scratch pots and overlook a fish pond. I think it's very reasonabled priced as well.”

“when I used the patch the first week it was like a miracle had happened no back pain at all as I have spondylitis and disc problems which are very painful the second week the pain started returning but has settled down again I put a patch on every 24 hours and I do have some relief thank you so much Maureen”
