   A great experience with the V4P Tilehurst team. We recently moved to this vets and took our cat in for his vaccination updates and also to have his teeth looked at. We were seen by Olga who was just brilliant - so caring, patient and compassionate, she took the time to really understand my concerns, as well as explaining the procedures needed and why. It was so refreshing to see someone who genuinely cared and wanted to help. She is a huge asset to the team. A note to the reception team also who have been equally as lovely over email and in person, and so helpful in getting us registered and sorted. Thank you so much to you all.

   I’m lost for words im regards to how brilliant this vets is! Receptionists are brilliant and nurses and vets too. Big shout out to Michael one of the vets there, he is literally such a kind bloke and was really reassuring and helpful. He’s literally helped my dog so much and I’ll be forever grateful for his help. Top bloke. Top place. 10/10 all around

   We couldn't have chosen a better vets for our dog to be registered at after we had a bad experience with another local vets. Vets4Pets Tilehurst always go above & beyond & are always so efficient & accommodating. The receptionists are always cheerful, friendly & helpful. In the 4 months our dog has been registered there, he has been treated efficiently with nothing but care & kindness by an overall brilliant team. He gets so excited to visit, especially when he's seeing Michal the vet!

   Recommend using this vets. The receptionists, nurses and vets are great. Very welcoming and helpful. You can tell they truly care unlike some vets who just see the £s. Our dogs are well known and loved by the team. Thank you for your advice and hard work as always.

   Closed for 2 weeks over Christmas?! My dog needs his medication but they didn't contact me letting her know to stock up on his meds. Everyone deserves a break, but this isn't good service. My dog now has to suffer without his medication.

   Made the mistake of using this vet but never again. Took my kitten there with a temperature and lameness. They totally ignored the info I gave them about my kittens vaccination and chose to do expensive X-rays which weren’t needed. Then released my kitten to me that afternoon with ‘nothing wrong’ and the instruction to bring her back tomorrow if she wasn’t better. She got way worse by morning so took her back as it opened and was told there was no vet in that day!!! Unbelievable! Was referred to their other branch in Rose Kiln and they were even worse! Very reluctant to see her and then insisted I pay up front rather than use the my insurance. Then they referred me to a vet expensive place in Marlow which was way over the top for her condition. Long and short… £2000 later I have kitten who is fine and was just suffering after effects from a vaccine. Just needed hydration and fever control. I will never use these vets again.
