We weren’t too sure what was causing it but it turns out she needed IV fluid, 9 mile is the best place we could’ve taken her to because two years later she’s got more energy than ever before. She’s now 16, due to be 17 in May I could see her going for a few more years. I don’t know what they did to her at that place but they’ve given her a whole new life.”

“Our cat Peanut came back after many days and nights out with a smashed in face and covered in blood. At Drove they wired up his jaw and fixed him up perfect very quickly and now he has a normal cat face. We were very pleased and happy. The little wire can just be seen at the bottom of his jaw in the picture taken shortly afterwards.”

“My puppy of 5 months got hit by a car on the main A325 farnborough rd. We called our vets in the car on the way to them who then said take her to the vet hospital in farnham which we did ... absolutely 1st class treatment and amazing lovely staff. Couldn't fault it. We met a lovely vet who went through everything with us and was extremely informative and caring. This place is amazing and such a support in a worrying and dramatic time. The best I've been to. Having had my cats neutered with them and then microchipped: they assisted greatly in the situation regarding who their chips were registered to (there was a criminal matter involved and is now resolved). It has been a delight to have such a caring,friendly environment to go to for our regular appointments. This week I had the sad experience of having to have a beloved pet put to sleep and Mulberry House could not have been more helpful. “Our staffy puppy Whisky was being sick all day yesterday so we called up and asked for an emergency appointment. Initially I felt like I was being over dramatic as was told that symptoms weren't serious so an 11:30 appointment would do, we showed up early anyway as this is our first puppy and we were very worried. Although I felt like the reception staff were annoyed by my actions as myself and my boyfriend felt this was quite evident by the way they spoke to me vet Oscar quickly calmed our concerns and we left with a happy healthy puppy. It's a shame that my feelings were invalidated and I was spoken to in a dismissive and curt manner but all in all we came out feeling quite positive and can totally understand why reception staff were annoyed by my actions.”

Appointment consultations and medications outside of these are priced separately and, fortunately, not needed very often as they cost more.”
