“Very good with my dog and they have always been caring when we went, she was recently spayed in which went very well, she has a neat small scar and they were happy with her recovery and check up appointments. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Only issue is they send the reminder texts for the dog flea treatment on a Sunday and the phone lines are closed so would be good for a voice mail or email to reorder them.”

“Kevin is an excellent exotic vet. I found him to be very thorough and informative with our guinea pigs. Lovely modern vets practise. We have also been able to see Tom from Origin Vets since they started holding clinic days here too. Well worth the drive up to Carmarthen for top quality care.”

“Amazing vets in every way!! Unfortunate we lost our horse due to unknown reasons to us of the vets. The team in Dyffryn Tywi gave my horse (Harry) the slightest bit of chance of survival and they never gave up. I can't thank the team enough for the love and care they gave Harry within the time they had him in their care. I always had updates throughout the day and night even - even if that was good or bad (good trait to have). Harry was calm and always in a relaxed state no matter what was happening- this is down to how the team handled the situation. I just wanted to also mention that the last minutes we had with Harry before being put to sleep...the vet (Sarah) was understanding and gave us the much needed alone time. When it came to putting Harry to sleep we all shared many tears including Sarah. Reviews on here that are negative are clearly signs of twisted owners!!! I have seen how much the vets care for the health and wellbeing for the horses so ignore any negative feedback!! Once again- thank you Dyffryn Tywi for the love and support!!! We will only ever use you from this moment on!”

“Myself and my daughter had to take our beloved Bonnie Star early hours of Tuesday morning to neath. Unfortunately she was so poorly she could not be saved. The vet on call Alice and the nurse who accompanied her were just out of this world. They treated bonnie with love, care and empathy and I cannot thank them enough. Our hearts are aching and in pain but I know that she is at peace and we will love her forever”
