“Very good with my dog and they have always been caring when we went, she was recently spayed in which went very well, she has a neat small scar and they were happy with her recovery and check up appointments. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Only issue is they send the reminder texts for the dog flea treatment on a Sunday and the phone lines are closed so would be good for a voice mail or email to reorder them.”

The team in Dyffryn Tywi gave my horse (Harry) the slightest bit of chance of survival and they never gave up. I can't thank the team enough for the love and care they gave Harry within the time they had him in their care. I always had updates throughout the day and night even - even if that was good or bad (good trait to have). Harry was calm and always in a relaxed state no matter what was happening- this is down to how the team handled the situation. I just wanted to also mention that the last minutes we had with Harry before being put to sleep...the vet (Sarah) was understanding and gave us the much needed alone time. When it came to putting Harry to sleep we all shared many tears including Sarah. Reviews on here that are negative are clearly signs of twisted owners!!! I have seen how much the vets care for the health and wellbeing for the horses so ignore any negative feedback!! Once again- thank you Dyffryn Tywi for the love and support!!! We will only ever use you from this moment on!”

Really friendly staff with an efficient system from booking in to leaving. Great advice and a thorough health check for the puppies. Very happy with the whole experience”

“Myself and my daughter had to take our beloved Bonnie Star early hours of Tuesday morning to neath. Unfortunately she was so poorly she could not be saved. The vet on call Alice and the nurse who accompanied her were just out of this world. They treated bonnie with love, care and empathy and I cannot thank them enough. Our hearts are aching and in pain but I know that she is at peace and we will love her forever”

“Nicky Townsend is the most professional, skilled and amazing vet, she has treated our beloved Kerry Blue Terrier Alfie for the last 6 years always going the extra mile . Nicky is the most caring vet you could wish to meet and if your pet has the care our dog has received you will think the same. The other staff are all lovely ,compassionate and customer service is excellent. Sadly Alfie who was almost 14yrs old and suffering cancer and other issues was popped off to sleep before pain and other terrible things overtook him. It was carried out calmly earlier this week by Nicky who made the whole awful process bearable , Alfie was calm comfortable being cuddled and just slipped off to sleep peacefully in our arms. All good pet owners can hope for our beloved pets a pain free release. My wife and I can thoroughly recommend Nicky and Vets4Pets llanelli.”
