“Thank you. I can not thank the team enough for taking care of us and our dog Alfie. We were on holiday in New Quay when our 6 year old springer spaniel was attacked. We found two wounds on his neck from where the dog had bitten him. I contacted the veterinary centre, and immediately was given an appointment. It was a horrible experience to have our dog attacked. However, both myself and my fiancée felt much better after Alfie received the amazing care from the team. Everyone was so kind and professional. I honestly can not thank everyone enough. Alfie is currently at home rest and doing much better. Thank you once again.”

“My French Bulldog recently underwent BOAS surgery with Geraint Jones, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, Geraint was absolutely incredible—not only with my dog but also with me. I was quite nervous about such a big procedure, but the level of care and support we received was truly second to none. He did a fantastic job. The entire team, from the veterinary nurses to the reception staff, was equally amazing—so kind, supportive, and reassuring throughout the whole process, especially during the aftercare. Any time I had a question or concern, my calls were met with warmth, compassion, and expert advice. I couldn’t recommend this team highly enough and am beyond grateful for such a positive experience. Thank you all for taking such wonderful care of my dog and for making a nerve-wracking process so much easier!”

“Took our parson Russell here yesterday for first time as we have just moved here. The receptionist and vet (Daisy) were welcoming and thorough in her examination. Had boosters and repeat medication. Glad to have found this vets as it seems a lot of vets in the area are not taking on new clients and have waiting lists.”

“After phoning the vets that I had used for 12 years, they couldn't or wouldn't help. their emergencies were between the hours of 6pm and 6am.(( Maes glas vets )) I phoned budget vets I can honestly say they were helpful from the start they even sent someone to my home to help me lift my dog into the car. It was an horrific experience and sadly I had to decide to put my 12 yr old Bassett to sleep. If it was not for the girls in the surgery Their care and passion for what they do truly helped me. I am now coming to terms with the loss of my beautiful dog. And thank budget vets for everything they done for me”
