“We moved to this vet practice approximately eight months ago. We think they are fantastic and Max our dog definitely would recommend them and their biscuits! All our dogs have front leg brakes when approaching a vet pratice however Max hits the accelerator when he knows that we are going there and definitely knows the way. The staff are a delight and always there with a smile and very welcoming Manner. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.”

“We are still not out of the woods but wanted to reassure anyone who has to take their beloved pet here as an emergency that these people will do everything they can. My cat Winston was feeling poorly and not eating too well. After taking him to my normal vet (Dundas Veterinary Group: never again) they told me his creatinine value was 1200 which is not good. 24 hours of fluids and no pain management, only trying to get him some gabapentin via food which he wasn’t eating and his condition was not improving and second blood panel showed 2300 creatinine. I didn’t want to give up especially since no imaging had been done so we received a priority referral to the small animal hospital and the treatment and bedside manner has been night and day. Winston was put on antibiotics, fluids and imaging was done among other things. These things take time and as of this morning his kidney values are back to normal ! Even if things do not end the way we want, I am so comforted by the fact that my cat is getting the absolute best care. Thank you to Joel and Esther and the team for taking such good care your patients and their owners.”

We have been coming here for about 7 years and our dogs are really well cared for. Sadly it was time for Bruno to cross the rainbow bridge last week on 24/04/25. Inglis have been truly incredible during this sad time and Bruno was happy and calm when he passed. We even received a condolences card in the post today with his paw print on the front. What a lovely touch. Thank you for everything you do.”

“My cat had a major accident in the house and hurt his jaw , rushed him too alora vets , where i got told the damage was worse than i thought he shattered half his jaw and teeth and dislocated the other side of his jaw , i was in bits the cost of the treatment was gonna be super high and i didnt have the funds , i told them too go aheas with the surgery and i would work something out as i cannot lose my baby echo , after the surgery i went too pick him up to take him to glasgow vets and they told me they get a case study a year too put towards the bills and the two vets melissa and donna combined theres too save echo and help me , i cant believe it still , thanks too these amazing vets.”

“In what I can only describe as one of the most traumatic things I’ve been through, the full team were amazing. They took my dog out our arms as soon as we walked in there was no delay and the team updated us as soon as they could! I also received a call to update me on how she was doing and they let me call during the night for an update. Honestly the whole team were fantastic and my dog is recovering well.”

“Olga is simply amazing! Our dog Archie had TPLO surgery at the end of July, and the info from the vet was to keep him crated apart from toilet breaks for 9 weeks, and then slowly progressing to 12 weeks. We saw her at 2 weeks post surgery, and her advice was transformative! We progressed so much more quickly than had we followed the vet advice. When we sae the vet again 6 weeks post surgery, he was amazed at how quickly the bone had healed and how the muscles had improved. I would totally recommend Olga to anyone who has a pet post surgery, and indeed to anyone who needs help with their pet with difficulties in moving around. She really knows her stuff!!”
