Cannot fault very meticulous service of vet and medical procedure. However the reception and accounts staff accuracy and attitude badly let you down. Very abrupt and disinterested and condescending treatment as error on my account show a balance outstanding which I’ve been advised is incorrect. Made to feel like bad debtor.
Clean and comfortable. Excellent service. As pricey as most vets are these days but that's the price you pay for excellent service.
We had an appointment for our dog's check-up but the vet he needed to see was in emergency surgery. We decided to rearrange but just as we were getting into our car, they called us back. We saw the vet who was very thorough and apologised profusely for our earlier wait. Delighted with service received.

Had to take oor wee boy (2 year old tomcat) in on Sunday as he came home with a bad cut on a back foot. Excellent treatment and care from both the emergency staff and again on Monday when he'd to have 4 tendons stitched back! Always found the vets here and in Leven, caring and professional.
Fantastic experience - was seen same-day with my injured pet. Nothing was too much trouble for the entire team, and I felt very much looked after - badly needed when you're distressed about your wee pal! Follow-up care excellent too. 100% recommended!
Took great care of our Doberman pup Harley on a referral from our own vets. He needed an eye specialist examination.
I cannot thank the team at at Clair veterinary group enough for their commitment and hard work. I took my dog in on Tuesday night and she wasn’t expected to make it through the night, thanks to their hard work and genuine care she is at home playing with toys tonight (4 days later).
