My cat Rosie absolutely adores the vets! They are so good with her and make her feel so loved and calm! I couldn’t thank them enough for their professionalism and how special they always make myself and Rosie feel ❤️

One of my rabbits became very unwell suddenly so was rushed in. She was examined thoroughly, Necessary tests were run quickly and supportive treatment started. I was offered referral to the exotic specialist vets for further investigation. Sadly Evie was too unwell and deteriorated very fast despite everyone’s best efforts. Thank you to the vets for all their help ❤️

Undecided for a positive review my rescue rabbit has still got GI stasis which is a life threatening illness if not treated aggressively to begin with, I was told to take her home after a series of injections ( no glucose test offered which is paramount for severity of stasis) within hours had to rush her back as her gut at the sides had bloated with gas hugely which is extremely painful for rabbits in stasis, her temp was cold which means she is going into shock the vet tried to hydrate her for a few hours but struggled getting a line in, still sent her home even though no progression on eating no urine or fecal output either, glucose test done on 2nd visit which was extremely high! I’m looking after her round the clock care still etc I was asked to update the next day ( which I did) no response to my update whatsoever from the vet I had to call to get more medication. Not rabbit savvy at all my stars go to the lovely reception staff.

We came in for an emergency appointment. I was sleep deprived, stressed and very emotional because of it. Both the reception staff and the vet could not have been lovelier and helped me feel 100% better. They took time and care to listen to me and give me helpful advice and guidance which showed they had really listened to what I had said. In terms of how my cat was treated, I could not have been happier. The vet was so thorough and gentle with his treatment. The vet was very conscious of his stress levels during the visit and I could tell my cat responded well to them. Thank you everyone for making a hard day a lot easier.

Registered an booked my puppy in for his 2nd vaccine on 1st December at the Kirkcaldy Pets at home vets. Only to discover tonight by chance that they don’t actually have a vet in on this day! So if my friend hadn’t tried to get my pups brother in on the same day as me then I would never of found this out an we would of turned up on the day to discover no vet. So I now have 4 days to find a vet that can give my pup his second vaccine or we now need to start again an he’ll need his first vaccine again!! So disappointed in this! Why would they book it in when they don’t have a vet!!!

I changed to this vet from another due to my dog being pregnant as they offered cheaper rates for vaccinations/microchip compared to others. After the birth of the puppies I took my dog to vets4pets as she was very unwell not eating/drinking the service was extremely quick due to the seriousness, they kept her in throughout the day keeping a close eye on her. I got a call from the vet around 4pm (advising) to keep her in overnight at emergency vet at around £2,000. I deceived to collect her before closing and was then told there is a high chance she might pass away during the night (I wasn’t told this on the phone). Before collecting her I was lectured by the vet about my personal finances on why I couldn’t/won’t pay the £2,000 rough fee overnight at emergency vet. This conversation took place on the shopfloor of the vet whilst other pets4homes customers were walking past. the receptionist also asked why I couldn’t pay the fee asking if I could take a loan or ask mum & dad for the money. I felt humiliated/embarrassed as this should of been done privately. I drove around the back to collect my dog as the vet said she is struggling to walk & I will have to carry her to the car also to expected the worst, my dog came walking out wagging her tail the vet was surprised as 20 mins she was supposedly unable to walk. The service from the vet was extremely quick as my dog was high priority but I have never felt so humiliated massively due to how the difficult conversation was handing on the shopfloor in front of other customers and the receptionist to be asking probing questions into my personal finances. I have moved back to my regular vet
