First time at cowdenbeath with rescue dog monty. The staff are all amazing and very friendly. Monty behaved and was a good boy... lovely experience

I received a Bill for £340 and paid in full on day of treatment. 2 weeks later they sent me an invoice for an administration fee, as my insurers requested a copy of the bill. Inglis vet's did not notify me regarding this, nor did they inform that there would be an administration fee. I did not give the authority or go ahead, and yet they went ahead anyway and expect me to pay up. I ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY CLEAR OF INGLIS DUNFERMLINE

Extremely dissatisfied with the service. Was not asked if student could do full inspection and then Cute nails. Waited over 25 minutes in the treatment area Only for a student to then cut the nails instead of the vet. Then, because cat pulled back her paw the student cut the skin And caused quite a lot of bleeding. I heard the vet say we will not charge for cutting the nails of the cat but this was not communicated to the receptionist

Our first time using this veterinary practice and I was impressed. I found the level of care and knowledge particularly high from the Student vets. The examination and diagnosis of my dogs skin problem was thorough and I was appraised of everything being checked during the consultation.

Absolutely amazing, would highly recommend. Just to let people know they do the pdsa pet care plan £9 upfront and £4 each month after it help reduce the cost of the bill abit.

Very friendly staff - my cat was never so relaxed during the vets visit. Great availability, we had our appointment booked just a couple of days after registration, and very reasonable prices. And the best part of attending Cowdenbeath practise is, that you are helping the next generation of vets to get necessary practice. Would definitely recommend

We have monthly plans for two dogs and were hoping that our vet would give them their rabies jabs and issue animal health certificates (a five minute paper exercise). To start with, we were told £250 each for AHC and just under £100 for each rabies jag so £700. When queried, we were then told £400 for ANHC’s, so just under £600! We ended up having everything taken care of for £290 at a vet in Kirkliston, a vet who wants business and does not want to rip their clients off, an absolute disgrace Inglis Vets.

Rhona, Rachel and the student vets have always given excellent treatment to our two guinea-pigs. Knowing we can trust their knowledge and that we will get a sympathetic and cheerful reception, whatever the problem, gives us total confidence whenever Vic and Bob need medical attention.

Sadly my visit was to say goodbye to my gorgeous dog. Sophie the vet was amazing, couldn't have been more helpful, kind and patient, made saying goodbye a lot easier. We got privacy from the rest of the waiting room which was appreciated, and she gave my dog a big bowl of chicken.
