   very costly whenever we used them, the receptionist was a bit rude the last time i brought my dog there, i had to stand outside in the rain while he got his jag, then she shewed me away from the window, as if she could catch covid through a window. being a frontline worker during covid, i found her attitude particularly offensive If you call out of hours you get put through to a practise in Gorgi who charge you a whopping £350 before they even see your pet, vets used to be caring but now sadly it is all about the money.

   I've just registered my first ever puppy and the staff were great. Knowledgable and filled me with confidence and useful information. My puppy was happy and comfortable there, even after the vaccination. A few months ago I took a friend's dog there in an emergency and I couldn't have asked for a quicker or more effective response. He had a wee op and was back with me, right as rain, a few hours later. The follow up care was excellent. I'm looking forward to building a good relationship between my puppy and the staff there.
