We were delighted with the service and friendly staff. Our appointment was for an annual vaccination booster and our pets were very well looked after. Would definitely recommend.
Changed to Animals1st after a bad experience with another vet. Couldn't be happier with the service they provide! Wish I'd changed vets sooner!!! My dog Tony is so well taken care of they're all lovely

Maggie had a tumour they acted very quickly and thanks to you all she is fine.the care given before and after the operation was great.she loves going to the vets why because you're the best and all very kind thankyou all again
Apologies, I did not get our vets name but she was so kind, gentle, caring and super thorough with Zara’s examination which I hugely appreciated after our experience at another veterinary surgery where you were in and out in 2 mins if lucky. I felt very reassured that Zara had been fully checked over and that the treatment plan going forward was the correct one. Everything was fully explained to me as she was checking Zara over and how and when to administer her medication. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you! If you are considering changing vets, I would highly recommend Animals 1st Macmerry!
First visit with my nervous 8 year old shih tzu and everyone was so good with her, especially the vet. Vet practice was also spacious and clean, glad we changed to this practice!
Can’t thank Animals 1st vets enough,for attending to our emergency as we forgot our dogs seizure medication on holiday at seton sands and they were amazing sorting out her prescription and medication for us as our own vet Albavet Dunfermline were holding back the prescription till we sent £20 after spending thousands over the years couldn’t wait to get paid when we were back of holiday disgusting money first animals second thanks again animals 1st vets
Such a fantastic practice, Staff are amazing and so attentive to our Macie! Never have any worries or concerns when shes in their care. Cant thank them enough for macies recent treatment. 10/10 highly recommended. I wouldn't take My mace anywhere else. (Standard Poodle)

Such a wonderful veterinary office. The front desk staff are so friendly and the vets and technicians are some of the best that I've come across in many years of being a pet owner. Their prices are absolutely reasonable. The follow up care offered as part of their procedure is highly appreciated. Cannot recommend this vets highly enough.
