My dog Kya had been attacked by another dog during a walk, and when I arrived at the clinic I was completely beside myself with worry. From the moment I walked in, Amanda at the front desk was so kind, understanding, and compassionate. She got me some water and took me into a consultation room without delay, which meant so much in such a stressful moment. Katie, the vet who treated Kya, was absolutely wonderful — calm, reassuring, and incredibly thorough in explaining everything that was happening. It really helped ease some of my anxiety knowing Kya was in such capable and caring hands. In moments like this, the last thing you want to think about is finances, but Amanda was once again amazing — patient, clear, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I also want to say a heartfelt thank you to the man who answered my initial phone call (I'm so sorry I didn't catch your name). I was very emotional and overwhelmed, and he was so calm, kind, and reassuring on the phone — exactly what I needed in that moment. “My cat had been hit by a car and fractured his pelvis. All staff encountered were caring and sympathetic. The vet was fantastic, I knew my boy was in very safe hands. The animals come first here, I had my Frenchie Pixie spayed in December, as we had travelled a fair distance James ensured she was done first so we didn’t have to hang around all day. Her recovery was amazing, her scar is very neat and she is now fully healed. Worth the travel and will be bringing the rest of my pups here.”
