My dog Kya had been attacked by another dog during a walk, and when I arrived at the clinic I was completely beside myself with worry. From the moment I walked in, Amanda at the front desk was so kind, understanding, and compassionate. She got me some water and took me into a consultation room without delay, which meant so much in such a stressful moment. Katie, the vet who treated Kya, was absolutely wonderful — calm, reassuring, and incredibly thorough in explaining everything that was happening. “My cat had been hit by a car and fractured his pelvis. All staff encountered were caring and sympathetic. The vet was fantastic, I knew my boy was in very safe hands. Forever grateful for the care Salem received and will continue to receive as he recovers. We are extremely lucky to still have him and I owe that to the Stoke team. The animals come first here, I had my Frenchie Pixie spayed in December, as we had travelled a fair distance James ensured she was done first so we didn’t have to hang around all day. Her recovery was amazing, her scar is very neat and she is now fully healed. Worth the travel and will be bringing the rest of my pups here.”

“Sharon always looks after our pigs really well. They get pampered. There are outdoor runs for when the weather is good, and decent sized indoor hutches for when the weather is poor. The rabbit runs/enclosures look massive. Here is the only place we have found that we really trust to care for our pets.”

“We had a really lovely birthday party here today for my 2 year old daughter. Alex and her mum couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly, and all round brilliant hosts. The children all loved the alpacas and really enjoyed feeding them. The farm is ideal for children, and the little cabin where we had our party lunch was cute and cosy! The children’s food was great quality and very generous. There was also hot drinks for the adults included. We absolutely loved our day and didn’t want to leave! A fun, interesting and outdoorsy children’s party with a difference - would totally recommend! We’ll be back to see you soon, thanks so much for everything, our little girl loved her birthday with you :)”

“Absolutely amazing vets who go above and beyond! My girl Purdy was in for over a week and the love, care and hard work given to her was incredible. They kept my updated at all times, we got to go visit her in a lovely room and was always made welcome by reception staff. I can honestly say they are the best vets around and I am so glad I got to bring Purdy home without them this wouldn’t have been possible.”
