βA friendly and helpful practice without the sky high prices of many others.β
βVet Katie and Vet nurse who assisted with Lily's chip were great. Katie is very professional with an excellent "bed side" manner. Congleton Vets is a brilliant practice. The best vets I have experienced during 60 years of pet ownershipβ
βFreddie is my cat and is almost 20 years old. He has a thyroid problem and has 6 monthly bloods taken to check his thyroid and kidney levels. On Wednesday I took him to the vets to have his usual bloods. When vet Helen weighed him she found he had lost weight and as it was a repeat of his last tests she voiced her concerns and suggested he needed a full blood count doing and, by an outside agency, just to check there was nothing else going on. Helen was reassuring and promised to ring me as soon as the results were received. After having his blood taken and claws trimmed, Helen brought Freddie back to me and the nurse said he'd been a perfect gentleman. Helen again reassured me that this was the best next step and, if his meds needed changing or something else needed prescribing then that could be all sorted on Friday. I like how all the vets and nurses care about the patients under their care.β

βBree our new puppy enjoyed her visit for her 6 month check upβ
βMy family have used this vets for almost 15 years. The care and compassion they have showed all our pets, including those who made their last journey with them, is exceptional, we are lucky to have them. Thank you for everything you do for the people of Leek and their beloved animals.β
βVery professional. Just had initial check up and boosters for my two dogs, having recently moved into the area. Recommended.β
βMy dog is terrified of visiting the Vet. However, all the staff at Medivet are very understanding and supportive. They make a fuss of my dog and adapt to accommodate her. I would definitely recommend this practiceβ
βA calm place that superbly cater for cats only.Every care is taken and the appointments are longer to help the cats settle.Jodie and the team are truly special.Would recommend to any cat owner. You will not be disappointed. They hold free evening talks on cat care and you learn so much and meet other cat owners. The staff are all cat owners/lovers.β
βReally lovely, kind , efficient and caring practice. Sadly there has been a lot of staff changes in the 7 years we have been with the practice and lots of fantastic staff have left. Sometimes difficult to get to see a vet however the veterinary nurses are exceptional and are very reassuring.β
βWe have visited Hamptonβs on several occasions since moving to the area a year ago. We have been consistently been dealt with by friendly, kind and knowledgeable staff. A big shout out to Lucy on reception who is always a delight and to Emma the veterinary nurse who gave us 5 star advice and support. Thank you so much βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβ
βWe have had nothing but positive experiences with CheshirePet. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they always manage to fit us in for an appointment, even at the last minute. They are also great with our dog who is terrified of the vets due to a previous negative experience with another practice. I highly recommend CheshirePet to everyone!β
βGlorious views from a wonderful pitch on the old orchard. Lovely site overall, with welcoming owners who provided local info and walk suggestions. Not just quiet, but a peaceful site where the owners are sympathetic to the local wildlife and natural environment. We had owls and bats to watch/listen to at night, and a butterflies and birdsong during the day. We walked to Rudyard lake, although didnβt manage to find a route without a short stretch of road walking. A fantastic escape, would highly recommend.β
β10/10 vet practice and vet. The vets have a high level of up to date clinical knowledge alongside being compassionate, caring and have a genuine passion for pets taking time to explain everything to owners! Thankyou for your professional service, advice, treatment and care. Will use for all my future pets and highly recommend :)β
βWe stayed in our motorhome for two nights. Lovely, peaceful site, good facilities, especially for a CL site. Very helpful owner. About 5 miles easy drive to Malpas with shops and pubs. Easy access into the site for our 8m motorhome. Thoroughly recommended.β
βThis is a little gem of a place it is small but has some lovely animals and birds and has a flying display it is very reasonable in price and great for kidsβ
βOn Saturday I had to have my cat put to sleep. The care, love and compassion from Deborah was amazing. Although it was past closing time she waited for my son and DIL to come to support me and she tranquilised Heidi so we could say our goodbyes to her. After she had died Deborah was still talking to her, even as we left I could hear her chatting to Heidi. Such care and true compassion I have never seen before. God bless you Deborah xxβ
βFantastic staff..the reception staff are wonderful and welcoming..very caring all round.. very efficient. I'm a very happy fur baby mum.β
βI canβt speak highly enough for the amazing way we were treated and looked after by the team at Park House Vets, I would like to personally thank Vet Nick for his empathy and kindnessβs. Truly is the best place you could go to, they all really care at this practice genuinely xβ
βLovely vets, close to home & Amy is absolutely amazing with Willow. Puts her so at ease. Such a lovely mannerism which is great when your cat suffers from seizures and hates the car / carrier.β
βMy cat was unfortunately brought in here deceased, they called me up after checking her microchip and were just fantastic with us, gave us time alone with her to say our goodbyes, paw prints a card, some seeds to scatter in her honour and we're not even signed up to this vets. I can assure you when we're ready to move on and adopt another cat we're coming to you guys. Thank you for making this difficult time a little easier.β
βFriendly and efficient practice. They looked after our dog very well during his recent operation.β
βThank you Christian and all of the staff at Cheshire pet, he really knows his stuff with exotic pets and sorts my guinea pigs out every time with excellent care and attention.β
βNever a easy trip with our German Shepherd Obi, as he is not great with other dogs and heβs very apprehensive of the whole vet visitβ¦ However at Hillside they are always very helpful and understanding to our needs when bringing Obiβ
βThis is my third dog that Iβve registered at Gladstone, theyβre always professional and always show love and care towards my dogs. Would highly recommend.β
βI have had no experience with a pet based at this veterinary clinic however they offered valuable advice in a time of need. The vet I spoke with articulated everything I needed to know with ease and understanding to a sensitive subject. Very accommodating, polite and would 100% recommend.β
βThe team are always fully versed with my petβs history and put my pet at ease on every visit. They explain treatment options in detail and a manner in which I as a non-vet can understand. My dog likes the team and that speaks volumes; as long as she is happy, I am happyβ
