    I have always used Island vets. My reactive dalmatian was given reasonable adjustments to make his appointments as minimally stressful as possible. My cat was put down recently. This was done with incredible empathy, kindness and respect. They always give me a selection of options with potential prices and there's never any judgement with regards to what plan I choose

    Had the pleasure to take my 3 ferrets here this week for ops and chipping - what a wonderful hidden Gem !! Was remcd for my boys as no one was wanting to do their ops - small but amazing - lovely staff and very knowledgeable vets. Looked after my boys as if they were they own and they fed and watered them after their ops. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an outstanding veterinary. My boys says thank you for taking such care of them

    Very bad experience with this vet centre. I have a very sick pet rat and attempted to get in contact with the vets. They told me to send an email with pictures of my pet so they can look over them and see if they should refer me to a specialist or if they can solve the problem themselves. It's been 2 days now and still no update while my poor pet is getting worse and now refusing to eat. An update or some sort of response would be nice but instead we have been left to deal with the problem ourselves. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
