   I have never used kennels before, but I recently used Quintessentials for my rescued spaniel, he has had a difficult start to life and has lots of issues so I was very cautious about putting him into kennels as I was concerned it may be too stressful for him, however after my initial conversation with Natasha my mind was put at ease, and I could tell that she was happy to work with my boys quirks and wasn’t in the slightest bit phased by him. He did a couple of taster days prior to his long stay to help him settle in and his stay all went smoothly, with regular updates and photos to put my mind at rest. I was concerned that the stay may knock his confidence, as he has been through so much upheaval in the last 6 months and trauma in his previous life, but he has settled straight back in and it’s actually helped grow his confidence. My boy doesn’t really know how to play with dogs or humans very well so I had asked Natasha to work on getting him to engage in play and also to engage his brain by using his snuffle mat for food and this has clearly been done as he is now interacting with me so much more and instigating play. His stay with you has been such a positive experience and I would highly recommend your services, especially if you have a complicated dog that requires a bit more, they really are treated as individuals

   The team at QQ are stars when it comes to looking after our furry family members. We have 4 dogs between us, and they get split into two. Apollo (ridgeback) is very reactive, but the set up at QQ works perfectly that he never needs to see another dog. I love that the dogs get a combination of walks and play in the paddock. Wouldn’t want the dogs to be looked after anywhere else.

   Our dog Bonnie had previously stayed at Quintessential Quarters for a two-night stay, but this May we boarded her for over a week. The booking process was very easy. When I contacted QQ to check how she was doing they never delayed in getting back to me and sent pictures, which was much appreciated. When we collected Bonnie, she seemed unfazed that we had been away from her for over a week. She was her happy bouncy self and more interested on being taken on another walk than going home. Thanks to everyone at Quintessential Quarters who looked after her.

   We collected our dog from kennels this morning, after a 12 night stay with Quintessential Quarters. She was happy and healthy and was clearly very well looked after during her stay. It was our first time leaving our dog at a kennel and we were provided with plenty of updates and photos of her having a great time in the play area and on her daily walks, which really put her mind at ease. Cannot recommend them enough. We wouldn't use any other kennel in the future!

   Our cockapoo recently visited for a holiday and 2 grooms. He is an anxious dog at the groomers usually but he has been really cared for when staying and being groomed and has now managed to sit through a full groom thanks to the patient and lovely staff. Recommend to anyone with an anxious dog.

   Dave always takes his holiday at Quintessential Quarters (QQ) cattery when I go away on holidays. He's always exceptionally well cared for by staff who genuinely care about the animals in their care. My flight was delayed during my most recent holiday resulting in a very short notice extra days stay for Dave, QQ went out of their way to accommodate this. Daves next holiday to QQ is booked for the end of the month, I wouldn't take him anywhere else!

   Reggie stayed here for his holiday and was very well looked after and fussed - pictures were shared of his playtime and you could see how happy he was and you just know when you pick your dog back up how they have been. Will definitely use QQ again highley recommend the staff are lovely
