We have always been impressed by Shires Vets in Stone. On this occasion, helpful and sympathetic receptionist, who arranged an urgent consultation. Veterinary surgeon was professional, and took time to give his opinion, differential diagnosis and a good explanation.
I've seen Becky twice with a rescue cat that has needed treatment. On both occasions Becky has presented me with realistic unpressured cost effective options in the treatment of my cat. Reception staff polite and helpful too.
Excellant Vets to use , staff are caring professional & I travel from Telford to Stone to use this practise . My dogs have always had the best care from the team . The receptionists are so friendly & pleasure to talk too.

We cannot thank everyone enough at Shires Vets Stone for their support and kindness during Coco’s illness and then her passing last Sunday. Our hearts are broken at the moment but we are eternally thankful for Will, Tanya and all the staff at reception who was always there for us and helped us tremendously. You are all amazing people!

The staff are always friendly and helpful, many of them know who I am. They all care about their patients as well as the owners and will work with you to do the best for your pets

Had to take one of our fur babies for a unscheduled check up because he was under the weather. Thankfully they were able to fit us in at the Stone practice later that day. Always met with a professional but friendly approach. I never feel they push anything on you and just give good advice regarding the welfare of your pet.
