   Cat was euthanised due to illness earlier this year. I was encouraged by vet (based on their expertise) to choose euthanasia over attempts to remedy symptoms. Staff member (ZS) failed to execute the procedure properly, causing unnecessary suffering to both my cat and myself. Raised complaint to Vets Now and was issued with notes from the treatment. To my horror, I could see "apparently neighbour locked the cat in the house" - there was no apparently about it. This is factual. Notes say "owner opted for euthanasia" - I followed your recommendation! I would've gladly opted for treatment had I not been told "euthanasia would be the kinder option". Whilst I appreciate that many veterinary personnel will be overwhelmed with patients/volume of work, to show conduct like this is despicable. I sincerely hope other pet owners receive a reasonable level of comfort and integrity.

   Speedy, efficient service with an understanding vet, who listens to the person that knows her pet inside out. An extremely helpful clerical officer, who patiently guided me through the insurance claim process. My little dog is on the road to recovery, thank goodness.

   Brilliant service from vets now meir park. My dog was vomiting frequently on saturday and were put in contact with them for out of hours advice. We took our dog ,Marley to be checked over. The vet on that evening , think was Marie ? Was so patient and checked him over , he was given anti sickness jab and some pills to take home. I called again within an hour of getting home as he was sick a few times more and had body tremors. I was called back by the vet and reassured and advised to call again if Marley did not improve over next few hours. He did in fact make a very quick recovery later that night and is now back to normal. Thank you so much to all the staff from the 1st call to the reception staff and the vet who gave us so much peace of mind. Wouldnt hesitate to use again in an emergency . Thank you

   We had to visit in an emergency and the staff were extremely kind and helped to keep our puppy (and us) calm throughout the process. They kept us advised at each step of the testing and treatment but more importantly it was clear how much effort they put into caring for our dog and making him as comfortable as possible. I am delighted to say he is happy and healthy again now, and I cannot thank the staff enough.

   Kept me well informed during the whole time I was with them. Were also very caring and kind when I sadly had to say goodbye to my beloved pet. Made a very difficult day a little easier.

   Was a bit pricey, they do try to get you have more things done so the price goes up, with covid being here we weren't allowed to go in so we can't actually say what our cat had actually received.

   Had to use this place for the 2nd time due to needing out of hours. 165 quid for 5 minutes of the vets time. Waited nearly 3 hours to be seen. Then i was rang at 9 30pm later that evening asking if i could pay my admin fee of 17 quid! Said it the first time now i say it again, these people are money grabbers that dont care about your dog. I really wish my vets didnt use this service.

   We had found a lost dog on Sunday. By the time we figured out the owner wasn't in the area, all of the other vets had closed. Fortunately this vets was open and was able to scan the dogs microchip. Unfortunately, the machine they use to check details for microchips wasn't functioning correctly. Despite this, it was a lovely place and caring staff.
