Excellent practice with great vets and all the staff that work there. Very caring and thorough in their approach to everything. I would highly recommend this practise for anyone looking at a new vets.
I've had to use them a few times in as many weeks, and they have been fantastic. My dog is so much better from separate issues that have made her feel unwell for a long while. We changed vets to white Cross after not getting our dog any better attending our previous vets multiple times. I was nervous swapping but am so glad I did. I finally have a happy dog again.
Very friendly, lovely vet who understood how difficult our German shepherd is, but still managed to take his temperature. Lovely ladies on reception
You are all polite the vets no wot they are doing and are gentle with our furbabys..
An absolute brilliant vets, I registered my dog when I lived in chesterton as it was close. I now live in hanley and travel because they are just so brilliant. Bailey is very anxious at the vets but the vets and nurses all calm him down and give him a treat when he's been good.

Always had good service. Vets kindly and compassionate when the worst happens, and your pet has to cross the Rainbow Bridge. My current dog loves to visit, first dog I've owned who pulls to go into the vets! Very convenient too, five minutes walk from my house ! Judith Scott.
So happy with the care provided by the vets/nurses/reception staff for my puppy Daisy, who cut her paw. The reception staff dealt with my insurance claim and couldn't have been more willing and helpful. The nurses showed so much love for Daisy, even when I wasn't in the clinic, I could hear how lovely and loving they were being towards her when providing treatment. Lovely vets, close to home & Amy is absolutely amazing with Willow. Puts her so at ease. Such a lovely mannerism which is great when your cat suffers from seizures and hates the car / carrier.
I recently changed to White Cross vets because I became very disappointed with my regular vet of 5 years. I have been coming here for about a month now and have been pleasantly surprised!. - We always get a lovely welcome when we walk through the door and my Corgi girl loves the staff. The receptionists Dani & Danielle are wonderful and the vet Laura has offered us reassuring advice and has kept a regular eye on our dog which is great! - also we have joined the wellness plan so we never have to pay for a consult again. We are very happy!.
