I have to say that this was one of the best decisions I have made in years. I was put at ease immediately by the very friendly staff and the overall environment. This clinic is immaculately clean comfortable and very well equipped. All CV 19 guidelines are still being observed, they were implemented so readily that you hardly noticed. Kelly and her Team practice professionalism skill knowledge care and compassion like second nature. ( I feel I am qualified to make this statement as I also work in a highly professional organisation were excellent standards skill knowledge care and compassion must be practised, so I always notice when I am in an excellent environment ). All this important stuff aside I absolutely must tell you how amazing my results are. I am absolutely over the moon. For me there was no bruising not much swelling, I walked out of the clinic looking and definitely feeling fabulous. So I have talked about the important stuff and told you about my fantastic results which are improving weekly. What really overwhelmed me was the aftercare call I received the very next morning, even though I was given check up appointments before I left the clinic. This is definitely client care in action. “Had really bad shoulder pain went the docs but never got anywhere, pain got so bad I ended up biting the bullet and going see Matt. Straight away just looking at me he knew exactly what the issue was and it was not my shoulder but disc in my neck. After several sessions Matt sorted it out and I am now pain free which I can't thank him enough for. Id of still been in pain now and waiting for my GP to sort me out if it wasn't for Matt.”

“Thanks so much for looking after Barbs! Claire came to our rescue short notice after we were let down by another sitter. She came to meet Barbs and it was pretty much an instant connection between them, which was reassuring as we were going away for a week. Claire took the time to get to know exactly what Barbs likes/doesn't like and we were updated every visit with photos, videos and a note. My son looked forward to these updates and found them comforting. In addition to looking after our cat, Claire took post/milk in, opened and closed curtains and brought wheelie bin into the garden on bin day. Highly recommend! ❤️”

“Fantastic! A thorough assessment completed of our 11week old once tongue-tie was suspected. Our baby is breastfed and was clicking during feeds, taking on air & becoming windy aftereach feed. All of our concerns were listened to and Sarah & Lisa were so kind. We found our little one had a posterior tongue-tie with only 50% function. They talked me through each and every step and supported me throughout. This included feeding support when following up and includes access to a Facebook support group for ongoing help if necessary. Now a week later, there is no clicking during feeds, reflux has massively reduced & the biggest difference - our little one is no longer needing burping after each feed. Overall Sarah & Lisa have fantastic knowledge on all things breastfeeding and tongue-tie, and we highly recommend. Thank you for your help!”

“The Reception staff are lovely! They are so helpful and answer queries wirh a friendly but professional attitude. My appointment was slightly late but the receptionist kept us upto date which was very reassuring. Once with the practitioner, she explained everything and made sure I fully understood her instructions. All in all a very successful appointment!”

“I have been here a number of times before, and it is a lovely place. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I walk with a stick, and there is 2 disabled parking spaces just outside the facility, as well as a ramp and disabled entrance. Once inside, staff are great at pointing out how to register your car registration to prevent tickets, guide you to where you need to go and point out the lift if needed to get upstairs. The main theatre type area has a ramp around the outside of the seating to get to the stage, but there are a couple of steps to get up to the stage (which was fine for me, but not sure what they do for wheelchair users). There was tea and coffee available before the presentation. Previously, I have been here for lunchtime, and the food is excellent quality and there is lots off variety . Vegan/ vegetarian/ halal options are labelled so it's easy to choose foods for these groups (I am vegetarian and there was lots of options).”

“We went for a flu jab last weekend and it was so well organised! A lot of people were due to have the jabs. We turned up a bit early, joined a longish queue which went down very quickly, there were plenty of friendly helpers, the jabs were done quickly and efficiently and we were out. It all took about 10 minutes.”

My dog Kya had been attacked by another dog during a walk, and when I arrived at the clinic I was completely beside myself with worry. From the moment I walked in, Amanda at the front desk was so kind, understanding, and compassionate. She got me some water and took me into a consultation room without delay, which meant so much in such a stressful moment. Katie, the vet who treated Kya, was absolutely wonderful — calm, reassuring, and incredibly thorough in explaining everything that was happening. “The previous negative reviews have focused too much on this place being ‘dated’. It’s not modern or posh. We didn’t use the gym. The pool facilities were amazing , spotlessly clean, warm pool and a proper hot jacuzzi. Sauna great. The natural light and views are great too. Ellie was lovely. “My husband rang the practice at short notice, and was offered an appointment the same date, he was seen by Mr Williamson and given an ECG which showed that he had a heart problem, ( unaware of any heart problems) then following a stay in hospital he was given a pacemaker. We will be eternally grateful for the care given and the diligence shown by the member of staff. Thank you to the receptionist for listening and Mr Williamson for being thorough in his investigation.”
