A fantastic dental practice, every member of staff always go above and beyond at every appointment. I've been a patient for 30+ years,cannot recommend enough.
My first visit as a new patient and wow!! Very warm and friendly welcome from Bec and everyone I came into contact with was super friendly. Caroline put me at ease and explained everything clearly to me. Such a change from my old dentist. Highly recommend.
Myself and family have been patients of Deon and the team since he arrived at the practice many years ago. None of us can fault the practice, any required treatment is carried out professionally and painlessly (unlike previous dentists in my life!) Everyone at the practice is friendly and welcoming, I wouldn’t go to any other dentist and would recommend the whole team working there.
My children and I went to Talbot Place Dental Practice today and I felt the need to take straight to Google to write a review. From the moment we were greeted to the moment we left we were treated unbelievably well. The receptionists gave us the most warm welcome. They were the most friendly and helpful people. We then went for our appointment and the dentist (Dr Barry) made us all feel so welcome and relaxed. She was excellent with my children, entertaining them and taking time to explain at each point how their teeth were and any important information they/I needed to know. First class dentist and experience! When I had to go for my xray, the reception staff came forward again with their excellent care looking after my children whilst I went into the xray room. They were fantastic. Even the dental practice owner took the time to introduce himself to us and was so friendly. Every member of staff we came across during our appointment were welcoming, acknowledged my children in such a lovely manner and all just seemed so happy in their work. It comes to something when your children have had such a good time at their dentist appointment that they don't want to go home! Best 6 weeks holiday activity we have done.
After not attending a Dentist for five years, my anxiety levels were high but I trusted the excellent reviews from patients at this practice. I was not disappointed. From the helpful receptionists to the Dentist Caroline, and Dental Nurse Lou, I was assured, respected and kept laughing and positive throughout the whole experience. I am booked in for Hygienist appointments and have joined a dental plan. This is the first time I have left a Dental Practice smiling, and would urge anyone in my position to join Talbot Road Surgery - it is a special place, with special people.
As my last dental surgery had been ignorant of problems I had, I left them & registered with Grocott & Vlok. Mr Vlok is who I see, he sorted out all required & is very pleasant. Well worth it.
Excellent service highly recommended My dentist is Mr Grocott a very caring and professional dental surgeon. I introduced my partner to Mr Grocott. She had a fear of dentists after previous bad experiences. After just one visit he had removed all her fears and anxiety . She commented it was more like being treated by a friend than a Dental surgeon. Priceless .
Brilliant quality service, worth paying for!
My wife has just finished her course of treatment with Mr Grocott, she hadn't been to see a dentist since our last one died ten years ago. She was extremely nervous but Mr Grocott put her at ease and offered treatment with sedation which suited her, he does not do unnecessary work and in one session her teeth are now first class. we cannot recommend this practice highly enough, all the staff are welcoming and very friendly, so much so that I have ditched my N.H.S dentist and am looking forward to being treated by Mr Grocott too.
