βLovely practice, so caring about the animals, Pat gives you such a feeling of confience in his care where other vets I have experienced seem more concerned about cash before care....The whole staff are lovely and Niko is happy with her care here.β
βMy poorly little boy came home a different cat. Fantastic staff did a great job sorting him out. Many thanks.β
βWe used this vet with our previous dog. Dealt with all our issues during his lifetime and supported us when he passed. When we decided to get 2 pups they were our first choice, went yesterday for their first appointment. Vet gave them both the once over, told us of issues identified and the plan over the next few months. Great experience, they didn't flinch at jabs and got lots of strokes and love off the vet and the ladies at reception. Great place, can't not big them up enough!β
βAs a first time dog owner, I was relieved to find that my new vets were so amazing. From answering all my seemingly silly questions, to reassuring me that my concerns were unfounded, I really felt comfortable that they will also provide the support to me and treat my furbabies with top of the range care. My puppies were instantly comfortable with all staff. All costs were explained clearly from the outset and advice on insurance was really helpful. Iβm so glad that Iβve chosen Cheshire Pets to be the healthcare providers for my girls.β
βTook our cat there for a check up and vaccinations, greeted by a nice receptionist. Once we were in with the vet, he took great care and gave some recommendations for keeping our cat healthyβ
βWe telephoned for a appointment at 8 15 and were seen promptly at 9 15 , Willow my Cocker Spaniel had been struggling with diorea Gerant the Vet gave her a thorough examination and prescribed the drugs to treat her problems and two days later she was back to her normal self .β
βA friendly and helpful practice without the sky high prices of many others.β
βVet Katie and Vet nurse who assisted with Lily's chip were great. Katie is very professional with an excellent "bed side" manner. Congleton Vets is a brilliant practice. The best vets I have experienced during 60 years of pet ownershipβ
βFreddie is my cat and is almost 20 years old. He has a thyroid problem and has 6 monthly bloods taken to check his thyroid and kidney levels. On Wednesday I took him to the vets to have his usual bloods. When vet Helen weighed him she found he had lost weight and as it was a repeat of his last tests she voiced her concerns and suggested he needed a full blood count doing and, by an outside agency, just to check there was nothing else going on. Helen was reassuring and promised to ring me as soon as the results were received. After having his blood taken and claws trimmed, Helen brought Freddie back to me and the nurse said he'd been a perfect gentleman. Helen again reassured me that this was the best next step and, if his meds needed changing or something else needed prescribing then that could be all sorted on Friday. I like how all the vets and nurses care about the patients under their care.β

βBree our new puppy enjoyed her visit for her 6 month check upβ
βVery professional. Just had initial check up and boosters for my two dogs, having recently moved into the area. Recommended.β
βMy dog is terrified of visiting the Vet. However, all the staff at Medivet are very understanding and supportive. They make a fuss of my dog and adapt to accommodate her. I would definitely recommend this practiceβ
βFantastic vets been using them for years. Very friendly and my dog loves going to themβ
βWe have visited Hamptonβs on several occasions since moving to the area a year ago. We have been consistently been dealt with by friendly, kind and knowledgeable staff. A big shout out to Lucy on reception who is always a delight and to Emma the veterinary nurse who gave us 5 star advice and support. Thank you so much βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβ
βWe have been with Brownlow veterinary practice for more than 30 years with a variety of our animals. The staff have always worked their best for our pets, treating them with kindness and listening to our concerns. There is ample parking on site.β
βWe have had nothing but positive experiences with CheshirePet. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they always manage to fit us in for an appointment, even at the last minute. They are also great with our dog who is terrified of the vets due to a previous negative experience with another practice. I highly recommend CheshirePet to everyone!β
βSuch friendly staff, my dog went in for an operation and took such good care of her. Really happy all around:)β
βSo thankful for this veterinary practice for taking such amazing care of both my pugs over the last 7 years. Both have received the very best care. Bex & Anna most recently have been exceptional. Also had the pleasure of seeing Patti & Eva with both my boys. Amy also absolutely wonderful, who saw the boys up until her maternity leave. The reception team are so friendly and so efficient!! Thank you all Shaz, Jensen & Senna xβ
βOn Saturday I had to have my cat put to sleep. The care, love and compassion from Deborah was amazing. Although it was past closing time she waited for my son and DIL to come to support me and she tranquilised Heidi so we could say our goodbyes to her. After she had died Deborah was still talking to her, even as we left I could hear her chatting to Heidi. Such care and true compassion I have never seen before. God bless you Deborah xxβ
βExcellent service. Got appointment on the day we phoned - vet was friendly and efficient and very helpful. Gave good advice on how to manage the condition.β
βI canβt speak highly enough for the amazing way we were treated and looked after by the team at Park House Vets, I would like to personally thank Vet Nick for his empathy and kindnessβs. Truly is the best place you could go to, they all really care at this practice genuinely xβ
βMy cat was unfortunately brought in here deceased, they called me up after checking her microchip and were just fantastic with us, gave us time alone with her to say our goodbyes, paw prints a card, some seeds to scatter in her honour and we're not even signed up to this vets. I can assure you when we're ready to move on and adopt another cat we're coming to you guys. Thank you for making this difficult time a little easier.β
βFriendly and efficient practice. They looked after our dog very well during his recent operation.β
βThank you Christian and all of the staff at Cheshire pet, he really knows his stuff with exotic pets and sorts my guinea pigs out every time with excellent care and attention.β
βStaff and vets are very friendly. Always been happy with their service. They have looked after my dogs for 5 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else.β
βI have had no experience with a pet based at this veterinary clinic however they offered valuable advice in a time of need. The vet I spoke with articulated everything I needed to know with ease and understanding to a sensitive subject. Very accommodating, polite and would 100% recommend.β
βThe team are always fully versed with my petβs history and put my pet at ease on every visit. They explain treatment options in detail and a manner in which I as a non-vet can understand. My dog likes the team and that speaks volumes; as long as she is happy, I am happyβ
βGreat service and the staff are so lovely and friendly very good vets looking after my dog monty when he needs itβ
βWent for my GSD to have his yearly check up and jabs. Alex as usual was great with him. She has done his checks since a pup (he is now 3) and doesn't mind going to the vets.β
