“We used this vet with our previous dog. Dealt with all our issues during his lifetime and supported us when he passed. When we decided to get 2 pups they were our first choice, went yesterday for their first appointment. Vet gave them both the once over, told us of issues identified and the plan over the next few months. Great experience, they didn't flinch at jabs and got lots of strokes and love off the vet and the ladies at reception. Great place, can't not big them up enough!”

“On Saturday I had to have my cat put to sleep. The care, love and compassion from Deborah was amazing. Although it was past closing time she waited for my son and DIL to come to support me and she tranquilised Heidi so we could say our goodbyes to her. After she had died Deborah was still talking to her, even as we left I could hear her chatting to Heidi. Such care and true compassion I have never seen before. God bless you Deborah xx”

“As a first time dog owner, I was relieved to find that my new vets were so amazing. From answering all my seemingly silly questions, to reassuring me that my concerns were unfounded, I really felt comfortable that they will also provide the support to me and treat my furbabies with top of the range care. My puppies were instantly comfortable with all staff. All costs were explained clearly from the outset and advice on insurance was really helpful. I’m so glad that I’ve chosen Cheshire Pets to be the healthcare providers for my girls.”

“We have had nothing but positive experiences with CheshirePet. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they always manage to fit us in for an appointment, even at the last minute. They are also great with our dog who is terrified of the vets due to a previous negative experience with another practice. I highly recommend CheshirePet to everyone!”

“Freddie is my cat and is almost 20 years old. He has a thyroid problem and has 6 monthly bloods taken to check his thyroid and kidney levels. On Wednesday I took him to the vets to have his usual bloods. When vet Helen weighed him she found he had lost weight and as it was a repeat of his last tests she voiced her concerns and suggested he needed a full blood count doing and, by an outside agency, just to check there was nothing else going on. Helen was reassuring and promised to ring me as soon as the results were received. After having his blood taken and claws trimmed, Helen brought Freddie back to me and the nurse said he'd been a perfect gentleman. Helen again reassured me that this was the best next step and, if his meds needed changing or something else needed prescribing then that could be all sorted on Friday. I like how all the vets and nurses care about the patients under their care.”

“My cat was unfortunately brought in here deceased, they called me up after checking her microchip and were just fantastic with us, gave us time alone with her to say our goodbyes, paw prints a card, some seeds to scatter in her honour and we're not even signed up to this vets. I can assure you when we're ready to move on and adopt another cat we're coming to you guys. Thank you for making this difficult time a little easier.”
