“I am fostering for cat patrol and had to take one of the kittens due to an eye infection not only we're we given a immediate appointment but mummy and family of two week old kittens were seen quickly and promptly. The main factor that this is a 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ deluxe veterinary center, clean, bright, modern, with every facility you could want and a large very accessible car park. This is the best practice I have ever been to and will keep coming back. Recommending to my friends.”

“I can't recommend Russ and Ange enough. They"ve looked after my elderly cat, Bobby on countless occasions over several years. It took me a while to find a cattery I was happy with and could trust, but having found them, I would never go anywhere else. They have always treated Bobby as their own and given him so much fuss and attention. They take time to really get to know your cat and it's personality! II have never once had to worry while he has been in their care. I would highly recommend Queens cattery to anyone who is looking for a caring place to look after their cat.”

“The vet was very efficient. They were actually the cheapest bet for this procedure. We rang several vets. They dealt with the procedure we needed and an additional procedure. Actually they did give us a little reduced price because she was already going in for something so we had two procedures done at the same time thank you very much for the after-care and we’ll be looking forward to Rosie‘s next set of health checks. “My dog was referred here a few months ago, as she needed emergency surgery on her back. However, another out of hours vet practice who I saw less than 24 hours before, told me she was nowhere near needing surgery. Now, that's not very good and is being looked into. The care given here was excellent, the operation went well and she was looked after for a few days. Then home for some TLC, after several weeks of crate rest and a follow up visit, she is doing really well. My wife, myself and Mabel are extremely grateful to all of the staff here.”

“Devastated doesn’t come close to how I felt last Sunday losing my 7 year old GSD. Out of hours on a Sunday at Newark. The compassion/information/kindness from everyone was outstanding. 5 days later I received a sympathy card. What blew me away was a paw print in the card. It was my dogs paw print. “First time using this vets as I usually use the Hykham one... The staff have been above and beyond helpful. The vet took the time to answer my questions and give me lots of helpful information. She took the time needed with my skittish Cat and tried not to stress him further while talking to him. She answered some questions about a new pet I am intending to register, and very helpful answers to both neutering and bonding. The staff out front where really helpful with extra advice about calming plugins and sprays and advice on calming tablets for a future stressful event. The vets practice has a disabled accessible door with no steps. Inside is clean, tidy and welcoming with animals separated on different sides of the waiting area. Overall a fantastic visit. Polite, kind, welcoming staff who are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks!”

The spray and the blankets are a wonderful idea. These are the details that make me travel so far ❤️”

“Used ARK vets for the first time this week after the dog we are looking after fell ill. I was surprised and really happy at how positive the experience was. I called the surgery at 4.45pm – the phone rang twice before being answered and on this occasion they were able to see me within the hour. Both the receptionist and vet were incredibly helpful – even showing us through to a private room to wait in, as the dog was a bit overexcited. The vet was incredibly helpful and understanding. I mentioned that we are fostering the dog, so would not be able to immediately agree to any long-term treatment strategy. With this in mind, she ran through a number of possible options, did plenty of tests and recommended short term treatment options to ease the dog’s immediate issues and discomfort. An itemised receipt was provided for the owner, with the offer of calling back for further information if needed. I found ARK very caring and understanding to both dog and owner, which made things a lot easier during what could have been a difficult time. Can’t fault this vet and won’t hesitate to use them again.”

“Always fantastic service and looked after all my pets over the years but just this bank holiday my dog needed a blood test and I got a call 8pm Saturday night to say he needed some tablets ASAP and mr Owen was at the surgery and we could go and get them,He’d gone in just to see if our results were back. I will be eternally grateful for the excellent service we always receive and it will be a very sad time when mr Owen retires xx”

“I have dealt with terrace road vets for years now and never fail to amaze me .we have recently had our jack put to sleep only last week and leading up to this and during and after I cannot thank each and every member of staff .You all have shown that it's not just a job and another pet ,but go above and beyond to listen ,give as much time and compassion and empathy .We have been devastated over jack and without your kindness and support we couldn't have got through this .we are still grieving but cme to pick jack up to be told not your dog or jack is ready but to say your baby boy is ready to come home ,wow just how lovly those words meant even though I cried because he was our baby boy and picking him up and still having kind words and care meant such alot .we then get in tye car to open the card with his paw prints and fir which I wasn't expecting just overwhelmed us .Thankyou so much I will be eternally grateful and never forget .For now as it has devastated us to lose jack we will not be having anymore pets for a while as nothing can take place of our fir baby boy but if we ever do we will not hesitate to come here again .Lots of love to you all and I can't thankyou enough from the bottom of my heart ♥️ xx”

“We have used the Kirkby branch of Vets for Pets for 5 years and wouldn’t go elsewhere. The staff are always polite, and each visit feels like they really know our cats.
