I have used Windermere Cattery twice now. Both times my cats come back happy, confident and calm. They are obviously socialised, played with and happy whilst at the cattery. Eric, my oldest, was a very nervous cat when I got him and was terrified of strangers. He settles in quickly and easily at Windermere and they send me videos of him being stroked and looking for affection. Of course Bumblebee headbutts her way in to get some strokes too!! They send daily videos and pictures to keep in touch. And most importantly the cats come back happy! I would 100% recommend them!
Fantastic place, Baymax came home happy after his extended weekend holiday. Got some photo updates while we were away that helped reassure us he was in good hands. Would highly recommend and will certainly be using you guys again!
We always take Millie to Windermere. Lynne is lovely and very accomodating. Its always nice to receive the photos and videos of Millie whilst we are away.
