   Today I had the most amazing experience with The pet vet Bilborough. I brought my very nervous nala to have her teeth done and they went above and beyond to accommodate her, allowed me to sit with her pre and post op to keep her calm and relaxed, constantly had the team checking on us. the vets and nurses were so good with her, getting on her level and letting her take her time to come to them and did not rush her. I could not of asked for a better experience. every single member of staff i interacted with was so lovely and friendly and they seemed genuinely supportive of nala and wanted the same care and experience for her that I as her owner would want. I came here due to the dental offer but will definitely be moving here and highly recommend. i’ve been to a few vets now and have never found they understand nervous dogs or want the genuine best thing for the animal but these guys definitely do treat them as their own. thank you so much guys ❤️

   We have moved from our old vet to here. We found the team very friendly and helpful throughout. Our elderly cat had surgery and I was kept up to day throughout the day on her progress. The receptionists were extremely organised and the young vets explained everything thoroughly I felt they truly cared about our pet. Would highly recommend them as they have nice clean surgery's, easy appointments and we were not made to wait long to be seen. Very reasonable pricing structure too. Thank you.

   I'd like to thank Josh and the team for looking after our beautiful girl Luna today. Sadly Luna passed away after a short illness. The dignity and respect shown by Josh and the team was very much appreciated. Luna's passing was a shock to us all but she was surrounded by a dedicated team of people. Thank you Josh.

   Absolutely amazing and caring. They give your pets a chance to get to know them before rushing straight into an examination. Wouldn't recommend enough as they have helped My dog feel more at ease going to the vets. Storm also appreciates all the pets everytime she's there. Her she is outside and being her energetic dopey self after her operations.

   On the 13th of October 2022 I had to have my dog Archie put to sleep. The vet Sabrina Barclay was absolutely amazing. It was a very difficult time for me as I was also caring for my husband who was terminally ill and we were also getting married the next day. Sabrina showed such care and compassion towards myself and Archie. Talking me through every step of the procedure and taking time to sit with me for a while once Archie had passed. Sabrina you truly are a wonderful Vet and I am so glad we got you that day. Thankyou.

   Very unprofessional towards both clients and personel. They are indeed the company that cares only about money, which sometimes is being told for vets, but is not the general truth/rule at all, but it is for them.

   I'd rate The Vet 5 stars, unfortunately my mum came last week with our very poorly cat Smudge who was also old too, after realising how poorly he was, we came to a decision to have him put to sleep, the vet was so helpful, kind & compassionate too. From sorting getting Smudge euthanized to getting him cremated, the vet was so supporting and made a real hard experience seem a lot more easier. They also said we had a 2 week wait for Smudges ashes to come back, it's been a week since Smudge got put sleep and we've got his ashes back already. Thank you so much.

   I bought Shadow to The Vet and the dogs had spilled over to the cats waiting area. The staff were great as I said my cat was very ill and I wanted to reduce his stress. They let me sit in a seperate room. I had to have my six year old friend who I had bottle fed as a kitten put to sleep and the staff were really sensitive and great, as they had been with him mum a year before. I have always found them to be really sensitive and fantastic.
