Such a wonderful holiday home for my cat. I put some dreamies in her cat carrier which she ignored on the journey their. Once arrived and she realised where she was she ate the dreamies - says everything about how comfortable she is there. She is always well looked after which means we can relax knowing she is fine.
We cannot recommend Whitehouse cattery enough! Daisy was so well looked after, with Christmas treats, toys and lots of cuddles. I was very nervous about leaving her with someone new but Whitehouse were fantastic and kept me updated the whole time we were away. Thank you so much for looking after our baby over the holidays!
Our two cats always seem very happy here. They're aging and in need of medication etc and that's never a problem for Hayley and co. Nothing ever seems too much trouble. The cats sometimes sulk with me when I bring them home and I think it's because they prefer it in their holidays!

Well. What can I say? WOW!!!!! This is the most amazing place for cats to stay. This was the first time I've had to put my cats in the cattery whilst being away on holiday. I was so nervous to find the right place where I knew they'd be as happy and loved as they are at home. After numerous enquiries to other places, i started to give up and thought i may aswel not go away. But then, after a long chat with the owner Hayley over the phone, she put my mind at ease and I just knew we'd found the right one. In the weeks leading up to our travels, I kept in touch with Hayley and she took all the details of what our babies needs were. Every last detail including the specific food and treats, where they like to be fussed, the toys they like and everything in between. This filled me with so much confidence that they would be so well cared for. I couldn't have asked for better! Whilst away, Hayley kept in touch with updates to how they were getting on. I got loads of photos to show how happy and healthy they were. All these little details meant so much to me and I was absolutely over the moon. Due to our flight being delayed, Hayley was extra kind and had them an extra night for us. Her kindness and selflessness hasn't gone unnoticed. I will forever be grateful to have found such an amazing and wonderful lady. Its clear to me that this isn't just a job to her. And that's what makes it so amazing! I will NEVER go anywhere else now. And I don't think our cats would want to go anywhere else. In fact, I'm sure they didn't want to come home after their wonderful stay. Thankyou so much to Whitehouse Cattery for everything! What a brilliant cattery! My rather nervous elderly rescue cat, Angel, stayed for 4 weeks. I could see from the updates and photos I received that, thanks to Hayley’s wonderful care, Angel was very relaxed and happy throughout her stay. It’s clear that Hayley is devoted to cats and ensures that each guest gets lots of love and attention during their stay. The suites were spacious and spotlessly clean. Thank you so much Hayley, we will definitely use your cattery again.
