   Fantastic, caring cattery. Susan and Alan have looked after our kittens Rosie and Terry for the past 7days, providing reassurance for us, including daily updates, photos and videos. Highly recommend the cattery to others. Wonderful, animal loving people. This was the first time we had left the kittens for over 2days and knowing that Susan was caring for them gave us peace of mind xx

   I left Kiki (my 7 month Kitten - British Shorthair) for 4 nights over Christmas 2024. Whilst I was very anxious, Sue kept me up to date with a daily progress update which I really appreciated as Kiki doesn’t settle into new environments very easily. On picking Kiki up and returning home, she settled back at home being her normal playful self within minutes as if she’d never been away. Thank you Sue at Toton Catteries for making her welcome, providing me with regular updates and being at the end of the phone when I had questions. Wishing you success for 2025.

   This was the first time that I requested the Home Visits for my cats and it has been brilliant! When I returned I found both my cats in great shape, not stressed at all. Susan has taken great care of them and it is clear that they haven't suffered my absence during this week. Recommended

   We were really happy with this cattery. It was our first time leaving our cat in a cattery for a week but we felt at ease knowing she was in good hands. We had regular updates and photos to reassure us. Good pens with food, drink and litter tray. Food is included in the price and they have literally every brand on offer! We thought the value was good too. We will certainly be taking Chickpea back again :-) Keep up the great work!

   Highly recommend the cattery and Susan is lovely. Saffy is my short hair British Blue and not used to being away from home. I knew she would be in good hands when I met Susan. When I fetched her home Saffy was so content and relaxed and it was obvious she had been well looked after. Will definitely take her back there again.

   Ellie has never stayed in a cattery before & of course I was apprehensive in leaving her. I knew the moment I met Susan I had nothing to worry about. The setting is lovely and a very warm, clean and stress free environment with many friendly furry friends either side to hold her interest. I also appreciated for my peace of mind the odd WhatsApp message that she was settling in too - thank you Susan. We look forward in seeing you again soon.
