   We have brought our pets to this clinic for many years, but our most recent experience was very disappointing. We were given a treatment estimate of over $1,000, which seemed excessive. Because of this, we sought a second opinion from another trusted veterinary clinic. The second clinic confirmed that most of the recommended procedures were unnecessary. Based on this experience, it appears that this clinic may prioritize profit over the well-being of the animals in their care. Unfortunately, we will no longer be returning. We hope the clinic reevaluates its approach to treatment recommendations so future clients do not feel the same.

   Huge thank you to Dr Catherine & team for helping with the long and meticulous export process of getting our 3 fur-babies from the UK to Australia. By the end of the 6 month process we even had 2 out of 3 babies loving their visits! Thank you for your patience and compassion. We made it!

   I'm not going to explain fully why I've only given 3 stars, the stars I have given are due to the fact my son saw a vet who actually bothered to explain things in full, advised him and suggested products to buy to help our dog, my son said he was very attentive to both our dog and him. No I'm not going to email, I tried speaking to someone before about a couple of concerns but they just came out with excuses.

   Tried to use the online booking but old details blocked it all, like past pets and fact don't use a landline. Thought about ringing but later in the day, when you are worried over a pet you want to get things in place, and pets don't live forever, given probably last time I was there was to have a pet put to sleep , surely they should realise the pain it will all trigger. Used this vets since I lived in alfreton 17 yrs ago but maybe time to move on, think their online booking is quite flawed

   Never a problem getting in to see some one.. Or arrange to pick up our fur babies flea treatment etc... Always polite and friendly and we have 3 cats and a stray I feed and try to care for when he wants to come around so try to make sure he's as healthy as possible...i have Used Ambivet for a few years now the pet plans are fantastic.... Very happy cats so a very happy me!
