   An overnight stay booked at short notice. From the moment we arrived the staff were so helpful, the room was spotless with great views over the parkland grounds. Booked a meal in the restaurant where we were looked after by Caitlin, who again epitomised the fantastic service offered by the hotel

   10/10 service from Amelie, very accommodating and kind, quick service. We had a starter, two mains, a side and desert (£55 but we had the stay & dine package £29pp meal) The mains were very big portions we both couldn’t finish but no complaints there! After an evening in the spa and a large meal, we will certainly be sleeping well tonight in the modern, comfortable double room :)

   Lovely clean room and a huge bed. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice including proper fresh pastries. In the evening I ate the burger and fries which was tasty and well presented. Great spa facilities that were available to use. Day 2 and 3 equally as good and tried the other options in the restaurant

   Booked the 2 bedroom flat very clean but a little cold,but told the staff and two turned up with heaters Thankyou. Was served by Nathan in the bar for our evening meal, very polite. Explained clearly what our options were for evening meal., very attentive. Thank you Nathan. Love the location close to a busy town but you wouldn’t know very well kept grounds. And most of all love that they are very dog friendly .

   I stayed at Eastwood Hall with my family and the service was outstanding. Kyra went above and beyond for my sons birthday. She was thoughtful, patient and very kind throughout our stay. Ailsa was also wonderful with Emma and made us all feel welcome. Both of them added a personal touch that made our visit feel special. I really appreciated their care. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

   Wow! This hotel did not disappoint! We booked last minute as previously booked hotel had let us down as they were under construction. The grounds have breathtaking views. A peaceful hotel with lots of lounge space. The staff were amazing! Everyone was so accommodating; with several members of staff literally going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! The breakfast was superb and highly recommended! Reception staff were incredibly hospitable, as were bar staff! Great to see so many teens with a super attitude to their jobs too, a credit to the hotel! Thank you for a wonderful break!

   This was an ideal venue for a winter weekend break for our family with 3 older kids. The games room is ideal for teenagers alongside the pool and gym. We even used the tennis court. We enjoyed the bar area and really appreciated lots of spaces with lounge suites to relax, read, play board games etc. Breakfast was an excellent buffet. Rooms were great and included a good welcome pack of soft drinks and snacks and a robe. The staff were outstanding - not just in efficiency but in warmth and attitude. Everyone was engaging, notably the cleaning staff who smiled and said hello when passing in the corridor. We were really impressed - probably the best hotel staff we have encountered. Check in was also first class. Whilst the leisure facilities could do with a little up grade perhaps the only negative was the terrible standard of coffee. Whilst you expect the conferencing and breakfast to use a machine the bar could really do with a proper barista for a decent coffee - we stuck to tea in the end - even at breakfast. Overall a fab weekend. Thanks especially to the staff team. First class

   First time I have ever left a review! Had a great night stay- rooms all modern and refurbished, food was great ,but the main reason I wanted to leave a review is down to our fantastic waitress , Katie. Katie, You made our evening so enjoyable - thank you. We wanted to leave a you a nice tip but unfortunately the payment system would not allow for us to add this on when we settled our bill( and who carries cash anymore). When you have received such great service it is nice to be able to show your appreciation so perhaps this could be looked into? Lovely hotel, friendly helpful staff and great leisure facilities too.

   Wouldn't recommend unless you're desperate for accommodation, id definitely bring your own food or money to buy food else where. Seems like the hotel are on a small budget and struggling. Rooms needs a massive refurbishment, odd holes in walls, decor is old and dated. Lamp shades are bent and starting to tear on the ends. Loads of other little bits wrong with the rooms too. Food is absolutely horrible, they need to get a new chef or someone who actually knows how to cook? Just seems like we get all the left overs from the night before. Ordered 2 pizza's today for £30 which tasted of undercooked bread and a really overpowering tomato puree taste, seems like they were running low on cheese as I was missing most of it? I really wish I could upload some pictures to show you just how bad the food and hotel is. Its ridiculous considering how much they charge to stay here, i also can't understand how this is a 4 star hotel. If this wasn't booked through my employer I'd happily stay at a Premier Inn or travel lodge. Can go on but feel like this will do for now, hopefully something changes or they get inspected to see how bad it is here.
