Fantastic stay at the townhouse last weekend, the room was fine, spotlessly clean and tidy. We took our dog who was welcomed by the staff. Very good value for money, the breakfast was high quality and plenty of it. Big thanks to Jamie for sorting our heating out.

We had room six, which later we were told was the worst room that you have. The bed was small, but comfy. The crossing light outside was flashing all night, but only until I got to sleep, then it wasn’t a problem. The room was seemingly very tired and in need of upgrading. We found the room very small, probably only suitable as a one person room. The bathroom toilet was very close to the wall. I am not a big person but I found it difficult. An elderly less mobile person would not be very happy in this room. A lot needs doing in this room and bathroom. Fortunately we only stayed two nights and made the best of it. We noticed that there was some painting going on perhaps this room might be upgraded. We had an evening meal in your restaurant, the staff were delightful and the food was very good. Too much for us, but someone with a big appetite would be very happy. We would love to come again, but not in room six.

The Bingham Hotel set in the delightful village of Bingham and was a great find! The hotel has been lovingly designed by the owners in their distinct style. My room was beautiful, very clean and all the amenities you need included, as well as ironing facilities which rarely features in most hotels. My bathroom was shower over bath (which maybe difficult for some) so check if this is an issue with the hotel. The water pressure was still very good and water warm. I understand the owner is constantly upgrading and it shows. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, happy staff are always a good sign. I didn’t realise rhe restaurant served Thai food, my favourite which looked fantastic, next time! The breakfast was an amazing spread of continental and the cooked breakfast featured locally sourced sausages and bacon with perfectly poached eggs. The car park had an electric charger for those needing it. Excellent stay. Avoid the top floor if you have serious mobility issues but there is a lift to the first floor. Excellent hotel created with thought and care.

I have rarely experienced such courteous, kind and thoughtful staff. They really were exemplary and happy to meet every one of my needs. I was there for 3 nights for some rehab after a hip replacement which I was receiving daily at a physio practice. The accessible room was brilliant with its flat access shower and very comfortable beds with excellent quality linen and pillows. The breakfasts were delicious and always freshly cooked . My only suggestions for improvement are maybe a refurbishment the inside of the lift, And perhaps an additional shelf near the sink in the ensuite bathroom as when your mobility is affected you need to be able to reach out for things easily. A big thank you to everyone at the Townhouse hotel who made my stay extremely pleasant.

Room was a little bit dated but had everything I needed. Fantastic location in the center of the village. Ideal for what I wanted.

I stayed for 3 nights the staff were amazing and nothing was too much for them. I also had two large breed dogs with me, and I would be out early with them, and staff asked if I would like a coffee to take on my walk this was at 4.30am. And when I got back from my walk there was a bowl of water sitting at the front door for my dogs. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable, the breakfast was amazing I highly recommend this hotel I even stayed one extra night.. Also very close to be able to nip to the shop.
