   Booked my cats here, we had massive issues with booking them in lady kept saying one wasnt vaccinated even though the paperwork was there then when went to collect was told had to be there by 9am because she had plans to go out! Which was paid for the whole day then the cats came back absolutely starving she did not give them what was told i have one cat that does not eat meat but he came bk eating meat he was that hungry in my experience the lady is too old and really needs to give the cattery business up now also when called to see if ok all the lady cared about was when i was picking the cats up because she was going out !!!!

   I always bring my Cat here, she loves it as did my late cat. Cats are well looked after by the owner, Lynda and Jess who works with her, she grooms them and can sort out vets etc if needed. Each cat lynda treats as her own, she is a fabulous caring lady and I do not hesitate to recommend her Cattery for its care, looks, prices (which are very reasonable) the chalets are heated, spacious comfortable and Tia my cat adores It there! I've just brought her home today and she is now sulking lol. Thank you for a wonderful job you do with love Lynda. I have also booked Tia in for next year's holiday. Thoroughly recommended by my family. Eileen Bradley.

   The lady seemed nice enough and the rooms were pleasant, however we wanted to book our cat in for 1week in the school half term, and when directly asked if she would guarantee him a place, she wanted to let us know nearer the time and that if a family with 2/3/4 cats wanted a place, she couldn't turn down the money. So it seemed she wanted us to wait a week before our holiday to find out if our cat actually had a place. We booked our cat with someone else. As I said seemed nice but that's not how you do business.

   Really good experience with this cattery, easy to book and the owner was very friendly and showed a genuine interest in all her guests welfare. They had covid safe procedures for checking in and out and my cat seemed happy and healthy when I picked her up again. We will definitely be back again!
