   Vile behavior after being a customer for 20 years with Margaret the owner who is a wonderful vet the service has gone down hill sharply i am afraid.. 3 weeks ago they made a terrible mess of puting my cat to sleep I have also been diagnosed with cancer so not the best of times for me .... they messed up puting my cat to sleep he pased in agony vomiting i made my feeling clear but was never agresive ... I got home from holiday today before my cancer op to find my ginger car rupert in pain ... I booked him in imidiatly only to be called 30 minits later to be told my custom was not wanted they have no interest in the cats wellbeing after 20 years i never raised my voice just expressed my dissatisfaction and I am told 0 tolerance ? I asume that is for unhappy customers .. sadly this behavior will continue is you suport them this is a very sad genuine reveiw..now to find a practice that cares .. ...

   Unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist was very disappointing. She came across as quite rude, which made the visit unnecessarily stressful. After reading other reviews, I noticed I'm not the only one who had a negative experience with the front desk. It’s a shame, this kind of attitude at reception really affects the overall impression.

   Excellent veterinary service. Had a consult with Lizzie the veterinary surgeon who was fantastic with my new little puppy. She was also very informative around vaccinations and the options available. Practice was really clean and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this practice

   Had to take my boy Milo to the vets on Thursday, unfortunately to save Milo from further suffering the decision was made to put him to sleep, the vet (sorry can't remeber her name) was very caring & compassionate & today (saturday) i received a sympathy card from them, very thoughtful & nice touch. Thank you for all you have done for Milo over the years & in his final minutes.

   We generally really like and appreciate this veterinary practice, and it is usually our first choice, despite it being more expensive than other local practices. However, I think that their knowledge is mainly limited to dogs, cats and horses. When we took our weak duck, they assumed that she was egg bound. They manually removed an egg, and sent her home. On arrival at home, she was bleeding quite a lot, so we called to double check that this was normal. Apparently it was. She did eventually recover, and I think that it was actually a case of calcium deficiency, rather than her being egg bound. Sadly, she has not laid an egg since the vet visit (2 years ago), apparently caused by the damage that was done while manually removing her egg.
