Great vets best in the area we think if it wasn’t for them we would have lost our Bailey he is diabetic now and his bloods are controlled now and he is doing well.All the staff are excellent especially Tom and Sophie
I took my two dogs for their booster injections and was clearly told it would be £57 per dog, to be done in two visits due to the new style vaccine. I was also informed that I needed to pay the full amount upfront and simply return in four weeks for the second injection. At today’s appointment, I was again told that everything was fully paid. The visit went ahead, and I left — only to receive a phone call less than half an hour later saying I now owed an extra £24 because the price was apparently £69 per dog. This is completely unacceptable. I was told twice that my balance was settled, and now I’m being contacted after the fact and told I “owe” more money, even being threatened with the matter being reported to the manager. That is not how professional or transparent service should work. As a paying customer, I expect clear, accurate information and consistency — not contradictory pricing and after-the-fact demands. Very disappointing experience.
I have dealt with terrace road vets for years now and never fail to amaze me .we have recently had our jack put to sleep only last week and leading up to this and during and after I cannot thank each and every member of staff .You all have shown that it's not just a job and another pet ,but go above and beyond to listen ,give as much time and compassion and empathy .We have been devastated over jack and without your kindness and support we couldn't have got through this .we are still grieving but cme to pick jack up to be told not your dog or jack is ready but to say your baby boy is ready to come home ,wow just how lovly those words meant even though I cried because he was our baby boy and picking him up and still having kind words and care meant such alot .we then get in tye car to open the card with his paw prints and fir which I wasn't expecting just overwhelmed us .Thankyou so much I will be eternally grateful and never forget .For now as it has devastated us to lose jack we will not be having anymore pets for a while as nothing can take place of our fir baby boy but if we ever do we will not hesitate to come here again .Lots of love to you all and I can't thankyou enough from the bottom of my heart ♥️ xx
All the staff, especially the vets have cared for our rescue fur baby. At the time we needed them the most, all the staff were compassionate, answered all our questions and worries in a caring and informative manner so we could make an informed decision. We were given time with our girl and we are so grateful that she was at peace quickly and with dignity. We weren't rushed to leave. We're thankful beyond words.
Used these for years and on one occasion saved my dogs life! Best vets I have ever used!
I used the place to put down my dog and when I was sat in my car sad, the receptionist came outside to my car to say some comforting words . Best vets I have been to, so guess what I ain't changing it. Very good
Very friendly vets and staff. They take a keen interest in your pet, listen to your questions and concerns, and take the time to explain and help. Very highly recommended, possibly best vets in the area.

If you're in need of a vet, then this is the one you need. All the staff are amazing, phone answered, and very accommodating. While my dog was poorly with his tumour and, more recently, an infection, I have found the vets to be knowledge, experienced, and swift. I can't thank and praise them enough for all their hard work!
