As usual a great service from a veterinary group that care as much as you do for your pet. Staff very friendly and caring. They give good advice and as far as we are concerned they are the best in the area. They have three or four practices in this area with great response if you can't get in at one branch you can at another thanks M&J
The Vet Ben at Burton Joyce did a fantastic job with our dog Benji who is reactive, for his boosters this afternoon. Our other two dog also got brilliant treatment for theirs as well!
This was best decision ever to register with Minster Vet. Staff very friendly and always helpful, respectful. I had to make the hardest decision ever to put my girl to sleep. They arranged everything on a day. We could spent last moments without being disturbed. Very professional service. Would highly recommend.
I am fostering for cat patrol and had to take one of the kittens due to an eye infection not only we're we given a immediate appointment but mummy and family of two week old kittens were seen quickly and promptly. The main factor that this is a 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ deluxe veterinary center, clean, bright, modern, with every facility you could want and a large very accessible car park. This is the best practice I have ever been to and will keep coming back. Recommending to my friends.

I was very nervous handing over my gorgeous cat, for his operation, but I was instantly reassured by the friendly but professional staff, who explained everything about what was going to happen, and I felt confident that he would be fine. And he was a few hours later he was back home and running around like nothing had happened to him.
I couldn't be more grateful to Minster for their care, kindness and efficiency throughout a very difficult time for myself and my pets. They offered me their earliest appointment and registered me with ease, and when the time came to let my pets go, the vet I saw was incredibly patient, kind and empathetic. I was informed of my choices the full way through and was never made to rush a decision. The vet learned my pets names and referred to them throughout, took care handling them, and was very respectful. It made a horrible time that little bit easier, and I'll always be grateful for that - thank you.

Really good service from the team. My cat can be easily stressed and they did a fantastic job looking after her. Really happy I moved to this Vets. Fast responsive receptionist too and having a "cat whisperer" on hand certainly put me at ease!
