   Our 2 dogs have recently returned from their first start with pampered pets. They had an 11 night stay and could not have come home happier. All the staff are great and love spending time with your furry friends. We loved seeing the photo updates of their enrichment time (balls certainly being our dogs favourite activity). They were even fluffier than when we dropped them off thanks to a good brush! Would not hesitate to return and have already recommended to friends and family ❤️

   Wasnt for our dogs sadly. They dont walk them and as our dogs are rotties the exercise yard wasnt big enough and just once a day . They couldnt accomodate both our dogs together in the quieter block. The block we were shown was quite noisey

   PLEASE READ!!! I’m not normally a person who would leave an awful review however in this case I would like to share my baby’s awful experience, we have been loyal customers and our dog has been here before where she was a gem, really got along with one of the staff members and they sang her praises given the fact she is an anxious dog due to being a rescue. However this time round was a completely different experience upon collection I arrived to get her at 9:15am and the woman was extremely rude and shouted saying ‘I told you to come at 10’ as we went to the kennels she was locked up across two large dogs who were barking continuously where our little dog was curled up in a ball and looked extremely unsettled. As she came out she leaped into my arms and yelped repeatedly dragging me out on her lead and jumped into the boot and looked absolutely terrified. We then came back later to raise our concerns as she smelt of urine and her bed and lead were absolutely drenched in dog wee so we asked for more information and why she was so unhappy and was not at all the same the dog as we dropped off, the owner then came over to us shouting about how we had complained about how our dog being miss- treated and said your bared and never welcome back, then a younger member of staff said she was looking after our dog and she has soiled in the kennel during the night and that’s why she smelt (but they don’t have the ability to wash the bedding) she then said and I quote “all the dogs in here that soil in the kennel are trampy dogs at night because we go home at 5pm” which massively offended us as it defeats there slogan ‘caring for your pets as they deserve’ our dog was dehydrated and has not stopped eating, she went to the vets and has picked up an infection in her eye, is extremely sore, and has flakey skin under her eye(probably due to being stressed) I genuinely believe these people should not run a business where the animals are neglected and not treated with love please do not send your pets here as they will absolutely destroy them and ruin their self esteem! I have never seen my dog so desperate to leave and was told ‘it’s only a dog’ to most people pets are part of your family and treated with love not the attitude of it just being a dog.

   I had a medical emergency and no one to care for my dog. The gentleman there took excellent care of my pooch, giving me updates on her and just going above and beyond to ensure I didn't have to worry about her. Cannot recommend highly enough for those of us who love our doggies. They are in very good hands, with a person who genuinely likes our four-legged friends.

   Really good Kennels, dog came back happy and all of her blankets had been washed which was an added bonus! They even noticed my dog wouldn't go to toilet if she could see other dogs around so took her to somewhere she couldn't see other dogs so she could go! Highly reccomend and reasonably priced.

   Good freindly service at this boarding kennels our 4 mini Daxies only went in kennels for two days but showed no signs of distress on collecting. Would recomend.

   Nice out the way location , friendly service and a clean environment. The dogs had more than enough space and even though it was 2 degrees out side the kennels was nice and warm inside.
