PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS GROOMERS THEY TOOK MY DEPOSIT AND CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT IVE PHONED THE STORE OVER 10 TIMES AND KEEP GETTING SENT TO VOICEMAIL. Absolutely terrible customer service honestly they’re modern day thieves I have still yet to receive my deposit back
Staff are friendly, good store with lots to choose from. We also take the pets to the vets for pets in there.
Always love coming here. The store is always clean and tidy and stocked up. Staff are always welcoming ready to help and give advice when you need it. Thank you to your member of staff Shannon for her advice on the paddywhack, ears and horns and helping me with the pick and mix . Hazel was very happy with her treats and says thank you.
Not the best shop. Brought my granddaughter 2 goldfish. 1 we no longer have after day 2 . In the tank next to the fish we chose was 2 fish no longer swimming i will put it. Strongly advised to buy lots of things by staff that are not necessarily needed

Came early this afternoon for an Aqua One fish tank and various supplies; she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what we need etc. Great service; thanks again Shannon! Came today to ask for assistance for fish keeping. The worker, Mark, was very informative and helpful!
Spoke to Shannon in the fish department today regarding first time owner and setting up a tank to kinds of fish and everything in between. An amazing help, knew everything and was extremely passionate about what she was talking about. 1000% recommend asking for her for anything fish related. Will definitely be coming back to purchase in the near future.
Absolutely awesome vets, they were very understanding of my needs and my kittens needs. They were clear and concise with instructions for my kittens medication and they were very calm which helped my kittens stay calm. Would highly recommend, my kittens even enjoyed seeing the rabbits and mice in the supermarket lol.
