I had an excellent stay at this hotel in July this year. Food was great and room very comfortable and clean. Me and my son had a great night sleep I had an issue with a parking fine from parking company who were being very difficult. I emailed the general manager Micheal. He was very helpful, polite and dealt with the issue within 10 minutes. Great service. Will be back later in the year!

I booked a room because I was arriving late into the Airport. The weather in the Algarve was horrendous with roads closed. So I decided not to fly.I had missed my free cancellation period with Booking, but a great staff member (Jermaine) actioned a free refund for me. Great customer service. I will return in January to your hotel.

Great location for the airport, bit of a trek to the terminal if you wish to walk, but perfectly manageable (there are busses). Staff very friendly and welcoming. Rooms clean with good facilities. A little small for a family but absolutely fine for a night or 2. Breakfast was good with both continental and hot food, though understandbly the hot selection wasn't available until 0630. Continental selection was good and enjoyable and handily available from 0400. Down sides... Unfortunately, the price was very expensive for that date, despite booking a long time in advance (they still had availability on the day). We had fish and chips in the restaurant and this wasn't good at all, with a small quantity of chips, a small piece of fish that seemed like it was out of a frozen food store, and under-cooked peas. This cost £18 each, so was very disappointing. Summary: great for the airport with nice staff and clean, comfortable rooms, and good breakfast. We'll happily use again though will skip the evening food.

Stayed overnight whilst attending a wedding at Donington Farm Park Hotel. The Inn is spotless, quiet and in a lovely location. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with everything you need. Complementary breakfast was good & plentiful. The staff were friendly & helpful. Plenty of parking( chargeable) I would definitely return!!!

The rooms are okay, cleanliness needs a bit more focus as during my stay I was allocated a room which wasn't cleaned but they changed it once notified and provided a drink. I switched ON the AC to notice some dust falling out on the bed during its usage at night. Other than that, it was all okay - had a good sleep. Good breakfast options, pancakes, bread toast, cereal, croissant, english full breakfast, cakes and juices. Parking can be obtained at a discounted rate of £10 per day.

Rooms are small but functional and clean. Showers worked great. Unfortunately heating didn't work at all so room was freezing. Reception brought a fan heater up. Can't fault the staff, they were run off their feet and helped as best as they could. The double beds are incredibly hard. I like a firm bed but these are incredibly hard, as we're the pillows which felt like bricks. Couldn't really sleep well on them. Wasn't too noisy being as though people were coming and going all night to the airport which is a couple of minutes drive away. Aircraft can be heard taking off but not really distracting. Parking is £10 for 24 hrs on top of your room fee. Drop off at EM airport was £8 for 39 mins. Breakfast was included which wasn't bad, the coffee was dire though. There is no security door to get to the rooms like in Premier Inn or Travel Lodge so didn't feel particularly secure to me. I came back from the airport at 04.00 and walked straight through the hotel only needing the key card to get to my room. Overall I'd prefer one of the other chains if I'd stay in the area again.

Spent a couple of nights here over the New Year break, using the hotel as a base to explore the local area. Hotel in general was clean, tidy and in good repair. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Our room was a bit on the small side, to be fair this was partly down to the sofa bed being made up for our little one to sleep on and this took up most of the free space. Beds were comfortable. Lighting was lacking, with the dark blue walls made it a bit dingy. The room was ground floor on the airport facing side, we could hear the planes but the noise wasn't obtrusive with the windows closed. The air con unit in the room worked well and maintained temperature. Breakfast buffet was welcome in the mornings, a decent selection of hot and cold items. We did dine one night in the restaurant, the pizzas were good...the second night there were only pizzas available so we went elsewhere. As mentioned elsewhere, the parking was an extra £10 a day, but not a deal breaker once we'd seen what charges were elsewhere.

Very convenient location 15-20min walk from EMA airport. Not much sound proofing meant a disturbed night sleep. Naturally people coming and going at all hours. Comfortable bed and plenty of space for 2 guests. Room furnishings and bathroom facilities were clean and practical, nothing glamorous but this wasn't expected for an affordable stay.

Staff were lovely, rooms were nice and comfy with a/c and heating in. Showers had great water pressure and beds were comfy. Wasn't aware breakfast was included which made us all happy, not an abundance of selection but was great food and more than what was needed.

Great rooms.... stayed once for a week. Why no more ? Easy answer..... the almost hidden detail of parking charge is a pseudo scam...... Parking available the adds announces but when you dig further.... its £10 per night. So add that to your per night hotel charges.... Simply a subterfuge.... For that reason I prefer honest up front rates elsewhere !
