Stopped the night before a flight. Reasonably decent room but dinner seemed slightly on the higher priced side given the offerings, but nevertheless acceptable. It's a shame residents parking is charged, but equally not a major issue.
Our server Kelly at the restaurant was really kind and helpful. She had brilliant customer service and answered any questions we had all with a smile on her face. The rooms are gorgeous.
Stayed there for a night with family. 2 adults 2 kids. Suite was very spacious. Lovely breakfast. Very helpful staff. Had the pool to ourselves which was a bonus. Will be going again.
Excellent Hotel, Very Clean and Well Maintained. The Staff Are Very Helpful and Provide Excellent Customer Service From Reception To Room Service. The Pool and Gym Are a Blessing And the Car Park Very Secure and Not Overpriced. As For Room Service Margherita Pizza and Chips Was Absolutely Delicious and Delivered Very Quickly. I Would Highly Recommend. 5 Stars For Everything.
Really impressed with this Radisson. The hotel feels clean, modern, and well-kept. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable. What truly stood out was the service — the staff were so helpful and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Christos, who made our mealtime extra special and went above and beyond to look after our children. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he really made us feel welcome. We’ll definitely be using this hotel again when flying from East Midlands. Highly recommended.
Excellent hotel, visited for a work conference. Lovely food although the restaurant is expensive, good conference facilities. Very warm in one of the meeting rooms and also the bedrooms were quite warm despite turning the heating off and air con on. Management were very friendly and attentive. Would stay here again.
Gorgeous hotel with great food and swimming pool however what makes it truly wonderful is the incredible staff who all go out of their way to make your stay lovely. My daughter and I arrived without swimming costumes and Claire at the front desk told us exactly where to go and was so helpful - she really saved the day! We had dinner ain our room and it was delicious too.
An excellent overnight stop just off the M1. Very comfortable and well equipped rooms with great soundproofing (it's adjacent to the runway at East Midlands airport). All staff were friendly and our evening meal was very good. Breakfast was the inevitable buffet bun fight but there was a good selection and it was well stocked. Will use again when travelling north.
Room was quite spacious and the staff were very accommodating to our needs. However, the water in the shower had very low pressure and cleaning of rooms also takes place only once in 2-3 days. But lively reception and bar in the evening due to lot of aircrew staying over for their stops… Breakfast options were superb!
